    Window replacement

    I was looking to replace my windows as well as a patio door. I chose Brock Windows and doors because they are a good reputable company. They did a good job.

    Home window project

    I just had 10 new windows installed By Brock Windows last week. Fabulous looking. The guy were VERY professional, polite and cleaned everything up. Great company. Happy to do business with them.

    govt window replacement program

    We decided to replace 40 year old windows in our house using the govt rebate program. We found the window specialist at Brock windows to be very informative and helpful during the selection process. The window installer were very respectful of the property and of the senior person living in the home. We found the installers to be very courteous and did a clean installation of the window.

    Expert Installation

    We contacted Brock Doors and Windows in May 2018 to take advantage of Ontario's Green Rebates conservation program of up to $500 per window. 8 Windows and frames were replaced in our home by their sub-contractor. The removal of the old window frames and replacement took two days during the hottest days on record for the year (so far). We felt sorry for the contractors who had to work in such heat so we kept them well hydrated with water. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. Thanks to Stefan, the expert installer, who answered all our questions and showed us how to operate the windows for cleaning. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend Brock to anyone who wants to replace windows or doors.

    Window Installation

    We had 2 basement windows installed and are very happy with the job overall! The guys were very polite and professional and didn't leave any mess whatsoever. They answered all our questions and were very helpful. We would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

    6 Windows changed

    I phoned Brock for a quote and their price was reasonable for 6 windows. They came moved furniture and removed the curtains, I tried to move the furniture but I am a Senior and could not do this by myself, and took out the old windows. The boss of the crew was very courteous and helpful the whole time that they were here. I would heart fully recommend Brock Windows and Doors for any replacement Windows or Doors that anyone has to change.

    Exceptional Customer Service and experience

    Our experience with Brock Windows and Doors was Exceptional. First our experience with the Sales Rep.(Peter) was very pleasant as he was knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us in our window selection. We selected triple Glazed /Argon filled units for High energy efficiency. Next a man came and double checked the dimensions, so there would be no issues for the install. The install team (Vince and Shane) arrived earlier than expected and immediately got to work. They were very friendly and professional and completed the job in just a little over 6 hours. This was a complete removal and reinstall of 10 windows. The install included new casing inside and full caulking outside. They used tarps to protect our floors and did a thorough cleanup inside and out. Considering the amount of work involved they were very efficient and left the property very clean. Shortly after they were finished we received a call from Brock to confirm our satisfaction Thank you Brock Windows and doors for a great customer experience dealing with your company.

    2 Window install

    Brock delivered on all scores. Tidy, efficient install, no fuss, no muss. The installers (2) were friendly and polite. The windows arrived as promised and look beautiful. Definitely recommend Brock Windows and Doors!

    Windows

    Terrible customer service. Once bill was paid that was the end of the "great customer service ". Phone calls and emails ignored, we end up calling again and again. Absolutely terrible experience. Still waiting for a resolution. Ruined our experience getting something new and expensive.

    All windows changed in our log home

    We are extremely happy with the purchase of our new Northstar windows. Brock has gone over and beyond from day one! We requested a quote through email and received a call back within 48 hours. From the first email, call back, sales person, installation crew and office personnel we have been floored with the service! The quality of the windows was just as important to us as the service and we are extremely happy with our choice. Brock you ROCK! Our home is up for sale and you will definitely have our new home purchase windows to do!
