    Replacement of all windows in house

    I had Brock Doors and Windows replace 13 windows, including 2 large picture windows. The installers arrived before 9 a.m. both mornings and were very professional and polite. The installation was done on time and they cleaned up well afterwards. I have recommended Brock to friends who need replacement windows.

    Window replacement, Lentil capping, Garage door seal & caping, re&re window coverings

    Don't purchase from this company they don't stand behind what sell nor can they install in a reasonable time . This company is over rated by the reviews. Contract signing date & deposit March 27 2017, To date Aug. 8 2017 they have been to my house 3 times & have only completed 12 windows and another portion was paid , still haven't done any of the capping or lentils or weather seals & 1 window still not done customers don't seen to be important to them they just want to make me wait , also can't use 2 bedrooms as I can't get window covering company to come until the windows are done. This company has turn this up grade into a nightmare and still no answer when they plan to finish. When I call them they don't return my calls even when trying to speak to management. I guess next is the BBB then what ever it takes to get this resolved.

    Powder Room, Kitchen and Main Hall Windows

    Had a very good experience with Brock Doors & Windows. Scott in Sales was very personable and knowledgeable; he made sure we got the exact style we wanted at the best deal. Installation team (2 people) was right on time and finished the job fairly quickly. So far we've had no issues with the installed windows and are satisfied customers!

    Door installation

    The installation crew was prompt, courteous and professional Their skill was obvious as they explained what they were doing, identified issues and solved the issues. They left my property clean and neat as if they had never been there except for a new door.

    Windows and front door

    I was told to expect the installers between 8:30-10:00 a.m. I was extremely surprised when they arrived at 8:35! Didn't expect them to be so prompt. The two gentlemen were extremely polite, got right to work, finished at a good time and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely request this team again.

    Door window replacement and door repairs

    March 14, 2017 I purchased a new window for my existing door(the door was purchased and installed by Brock approx. 12 years ago). The installer called on the installation date to tell me he was on his way but that the window was not in his truck. I asked, why the would come over. He said to measure. I said to measure what since they had the original bill/receipt with the measurements. He came over, measured and left. The installer came back a second time. Showed up in the morning for an afternoon appointment with the wrong window. Eventually I was told that the window, along with my file was lost. I then tried to work with this company to replace the frame around my existing window and replace the sweep. The company requested (of me) the serial number of the frame (because they now thought it was a patio door) and pictures of the bottom of the sweep, which I was told I would have to remove. On August 02, 2017 I requested a refund.

Unfortunately the window you requested had been discontinued by the manufacturer, we did do everything in our power to get this rectified for you but it unintentionally caused further delays. Our Service Coordinator requested that you please send in a picture of your sweep to send to our manufacturer and you subsequently requested a refund due to the nuisance, which you have since received. We do apologize immensely on behalf of the company for the troubles you encountered, and will take this feedback into account for future quality assurance.

    new windows in the home

    Fast, honest, clean, and innovative. We met with the good people of Brock at their facilities in North Scarborough on a Saturday - just dropped in. They met us, and showed us many, many possibilities. We booked an appointment for a home visit, Peter came and listened to our wants. He came up with a couple of alternate suggestions that not only saved us some money, but made things more functional. Next the installer came a few days later. He was a nice fellow, who always removed his boots, and was polite. Several weeks later I was contacted for an installation appointment - we booked it, and I waited. The fellows arrived in good time, and were done the entire 2 story job in well under 1 day. They kept things clean as they went form room to room, 2 of them gave everything a once over independently of each other, and really tidyed up. They were fun, and fast. Large Tim Hortons frozen frapthings kept them going. I totally recommend this team. They listen, suggest, and work within your schedule. Thank you.

    Window installation

    This is my 2nd installation with Brock Doors and Windows, and both times I have been very pleased with the service. From consultation to installation I received great service. my neighbours were pleased with the outcome and are now getting their windows done.

    Windows and 2 Entry doors.

    From the beginning visit to the showroom, to the appointment with the Sales Rep everything was great. The installers Stefan and David also were fantastic. I am so pleased overall and would recommend Brock to anyone.

    Windows replacement

    I have a good experience with Brock from the moment I met Brian the salesperson who is very skilled in explaining and helping me to make the right decisions for my renovation, the company followed by good quality broduct and professional installation on time.
