    Replacement Front Door

    I chose Brock Doors and Windows because of the excellent product and service they gave a few years ago when I had all the windows replaced on my 2 storey home. This time I replaced my front door and they did not disappoint. I was very happy with the sales help and advice. The installation crew were on time and went the extra mile by taking care in removing some of the custom interior trim and replacing it when the door was in place. The also installed the lockset and cleaned up thoroughly. Job well done.

    Windows Replacement

    Sales person was good and knew his job well. The office coordinated well. Gave proper time for installation. Installers arrived on time and removed the old windows and replaced with new windows and two sliding doors. Removed all the clutter and did a neat job in three days. Good job

    A job well done

    We replaced 6 windows on the front of our house. Mark gave us some window advice and a good quote for triple glazed North Star windows. Ziggy and Corey did a very good installation job. We're very pleased with our Brock experience!

    New house...to us... with problem windows.

    Although our home is only 16 years old, we found the south side of the house had very problematic windows. We had received 2 other quotes before we spoke to our salesperson Steve. Even after getting quotes from other companies, he worked with us to help us receive a quality set of windows, within our budget. Everything went according to the schedule. Installation was just as advised, even with all the rain we had. The workmanship was excellent and we are very satisfied the our project.

    new windows

    My husband and I decided to get the six windows at the front of our house replaced, this included two bay windows. We contacted five or six different companies to get quotes, as we wanted to make sure we did our homework due to some horror stories we had heard from friends of ours. Bill from Brock windows came and explained the process to us, he brought us samples and answered every question we had he also explained a lot that we didn't know and hadn't thought of. Everyone that presented their product afterwards paled in comparison. The workmen were very friendly and conscientious. They were on time, kept the mess that they had to make to minimum and cleaned everything spotless before they left. We would recommend Brock Windows to anyone .

    Replacement of Doors and Windows

    Brock Doors and Windows replaced both my doors and 7 windows. I now have a beautiful front door with screen and a great back door. The team was exceptional, installation was a breeze. Originally scheduled for 2 1/2 days, Brock sent extra crew due to wonky weather and they had it done in one day!!!! Great Job by Brock!!!

    Windows

    From the sales person's advice to the installer's expertise the service was excellent. Everything was on schedule with no delays or problems. The installers were quick and efficient, no time wasted.

    Windows and Door

    I CHANGE 15 WINDOWS AND 1 DOOR EVERYTHING IN 2 DAYS, VERY QUICK, NO MESS, THE SERVICES WAS GREAT, THE PRICE WAS THE BEST IN COMPARATION WITH OTHER COMPANY AND THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOWS WAS INCREDIBLE. 3 GLASS.

    From the original contact with this Company everything went smoothly . On completion we were absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Cant say enough about the staff interaction and at no time were we disappointed in the attention we were given. From the reception to installation service second to none.     PRODUCT & SERVICE

    Brian was our customer services representative from Brock. we have been dealing with him for years. His politeness, smile wins you over. His expertise of explaining the product is something one admires. I would always look forward to have any of my future work for the house. Very cooperative and always ready to let you know about the new product. In fact this time we had internal blinds for our door to go to the patio. We are very happy with our choice. Thank You Brian. Was very happy with the way Chris the personnel who installed the windows and door for me he and his partner were very professional and polite. Very clean and tidy. Very happy by the way they handled the install. Thanks Chris god bless.
