    Window install

    Great price and quality, however installers had issues with attention to detail. They initially put in the wrong style of trim and had to re-do it and they also didn't follow instructions for putting up window coverings.

    Good service

    Good service. The installers were very helpful and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. Would recommend. The new window looks amazing in the space and changes the house completely.

    Front Door Replacement

    Brock Windows and Doors did a stellar job from start to finish on my front entrance door. They replaced my whole door and door frame. From our Sales Rep to our Project Coordinator, the team at Brock gave me a quote and stuck to it. The day of installation was seamless, professional and done in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to replace their doors or windows.

    Windows

    Brock windows installed 11 windows in my home. They were fast and efficient. They were very friendly and explained the whole process. The price was great the windows look amazing. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have windows replaced

    Window Installation

    As a young couple new to house ownership, purchasing and installing new windows was a bit overwhelming. Thankfully, Brock Windows was very professional and helpful - not to mention transparent in answering all of our questions - which made us feel good about our investment. We were very happy with the communication, installation and window products. We will definitely be using Brock Windows again in the future.

    Excellent service, professional installation!

    We were very impressed with our experience with Brock Windows and doors Innisfil. Our salesperson Tyler was excellent and did a thorough quote with no surprises. Our windows were installed as per the timeframe discussed with no delays. Our installer was excellent and super professional. Overall I am completely satisfied with the complete experience.     Perfect every time

    We have had Brock doors and Windws on 5 or 6 different occasions and every time it's been perfect. Service is courteous, efficient and when they leave it's so clean, you wouldn't know they had been there. I would recommend to my friends and family!

    Fast, on quote, clean and tidy

    We recieved a quote for a large job - all windows and a new door - and due to a larger construction delay, much later Brock stood by the original quote and there were no surprises in price. Timing was spot on and install was quick and clean.

    Window and Door replacement

    Several years ago Brock doors and Windows replaced our windows. We were very impressed with the professional and knowledgeable team we dealt with. Very happy with the product. We moved two years ago, and needed new windows and doors. Confidently gave our business to Brock and would do so again.

    New Windows Installed

    Our house is 22 years old and the windows have never been very efficient. Some of them could no longer be opened and there was condensation between some panes. We had a few companies come in to give us quotes - Brock spent the right amount of time with us - talked us through the products, answered questions and did measurements, no hard sell just informational. The quote was accurate, detailed and sent to us quickly. When the old windows were removed and the new ones installed - the work was excellent. The new frames matched our existing ones perfectly and the windows all open, close and lock without any problems. We did half our windows so still have the other half to do - we will definitely do them with Brock.
