Avoid at all costs! Zero accountability to mess up
Answer from pro:
Hi Diana, We're sorry to hear of your disappointment with your project. We have tentatively booked your appointment for January 7th and 8th, and we can assure you all matters will be addressed. We work very hard to ensure all projects go well, and although we endlessly strive for perfection there are times when human error does occur. We do our best to avoid error at all costs, but when it happens we work with our clients to resolve these issues. We'd like to suggest the use of window coverings in your washroom till your frosted window has been installed to increase your privacy. We do apologize for the inconveniences you've experienced as a result of these errors, but we'd like to assure you we are addressing them effectively. It is nice to hear that your installation crew was friendly, and I do understand that your husband had spoken with our Operations Manager yesterday afternoon to address your concerns with your doorbell, wiring and exposed insulation. We appreciate your efforts to sympathize with us, and we understand that when error happens within your own home, it is bothersome. We're sorry that this was the first occasion that you've gone forward and left a poor review, but we appreciate the feedback as we act accordingly to correct this. Thank you Diana.
