It is unfortunate to see that you feel your installation was performed poorly. We can assure you that certainly is not the case according to our records. We have on file that you received all products as per your contract, with the exception of the transom for your patio door.
All windows with exception to the transom were received as per your contract. Your work was not completed because of the disagreement over masonry work which is not on the contract, as well as a disagreement regarding payment.
We stand behind Brock as being a reputable company, and the only reason in regards to the halt in your installation was refusal of payment & demand of work that is not on the contract.
We do apologize, sincerely, that this was your choice of outcome in terms of your projects completion. We cannot back your statement of refusal to fix the underlying issue, as we have stated to you that all matters can be easily rectified and certainly do not justify removal and disposal of high quality product.
We offered to address the deficiency, but you would not agree & were adamant on refusal to pay.
It is unfortunate that this was the outcome of your project, and we look forward to this dispute being finalized.
