    new window install

    Ordered a new window the end of July; transaction not closed until the first of December. For one window. The first time the installers came we discovered that the wrong colour window had been ordered; the second time, the window was the wrong size; third time, I got my new window. Each time I thought the window was being installed I moved all my living room furniture out of the way and removed all art from the walls. The salesman I dealt with in July was no where to be seen to help sort out this frustrating situation. I did get a slight price reduction, but only after I contacted the company several times. The installers were great. They were friendly and did a good job. Not at all impressed with anyone else at Brock Windows.

You did receive a credit, which was slightly over 10% off your original contract, for the delays and inconveniences you experienced.     Window Installation

    Brock Windows provided us with a good quality window and an excellent installation. Our only complaint was that we had the window installation arranged, but the installer did not show up until over 4 hours later, nor did they call to tell us they would be late. By that time, it was dark out and we did not want a window installation to take place in the dark. After contacting Brock Windows and telling them what happened, they put things right and the installer came out the next day and completed the installation. We are happy with the quality of product and service we received, and we would definitely use Brock Windows again.

    Great Experience

    I have worked with Brock for doors and windows on two separate homes I have owned over the last five years and have had a great experience with them both times. From the initial sales consultation to the end of the installation, everything went really well both times. Brian the sales guy was very knowledgeable and worked with me to come up with options that worked. The installation crews have always been very skilled and have taken great care with the installation from making sure the house didn't get damaged to cleaning up after the installation. I highly recommend them.

    Replacement windows

    Brock Windows did the worst possible job installing new windows that we ordered. They were not level or square. They installed inferior windows that we did not order and tried to charge us for the more expensive windows that were ordered. They refused to fix the problem and we are suing them in court. Run from Brock Windows.

We have on file that you received all products as per your contract, with the exception of the transom for your patio door. All windows with exception to the transom were received as per your contract. Your work was not completed because of the disagreement over masonry work which is not on the contract, as well as a disagreement regarding payment. We stand behind Brock as being a reputable company, and the only reason in regards to the halt in your installation was refusal of payment & demand of work that is not on the contract. We do apologize, sincerely, that this was your choice of outcome in terms of your projects completion. We cannot back your statement of refusal to fix the underlying issue, as we have stated to you that all matters can be easily rectified and certainly do not justify removal and disposal of high quality product. We offered to address the deficiency, but you would not agree & were adamant on refusal to pay. It is unfortunate that this was the outcome of your project, and we look forward to this dispute being finalized.

    Door replacement

    They replaced an existing sliding door. Beautiful product. Installation was excellent. They came when they said they were coming to install. Installers were professional and friendly. The room is warmer now that we have our new door installed.

    Front door replacement

    Excellent service for the quote to the actual installation. The product (door) is of high quality and its perfectly with the house . Moreover , it protects the house very well from hot ,cold weather and from the outside noise. The advice offered at the time of the quote was perferct. Thank you!

    New front door installation

    From setting the appointment through to the final installation we couldn't have been more satisfied. Without any hesitation we would recommend Brock Doors to anyone. Thank you Brock Doors for your excellent service.

    Windows and door nightmare for 4 months

    Avoid at all costs. This company does not live up to advertising campaign. I did my due diligence, but: installation took longer than promised; 1 window substandard quality and had to be replaced; door not properly installed; response of "3 weeks isn't bad for someone to call you back - it's not the end of the world" is not acceptable in any form of customer service; managers do not respond to email; the issues are countless. The only saving grace are 2 people in the company who actually took an interest in trying to get things fixed. Am interested to see if my email is responded to (am not hopeful).

    Brock Windows

    My husband and I, are thrilled with our new windows from Brock! From the very beginning we were happy with the customer service we received. Andrew in the show room was so helpful, and knowledgeable The windows were installed in a timely fashion. The installer were very professional and respectful of our home. We would not hesitate to recommend Brock Windows and Doors to family and friends!

    Livingroom Window replacement

    Brock window installers were very professional and polite. Installers made sure the areas inside and out were clean before leaving. we are very pleased with the window and installation. Would recommend Brock Windows and doors for anyone looking to replace their windows
