    Window Installation

    My wife and I purchased new windows for our home from Brock Doors and Windows. We are pleased with the windows, and the work of the installer, Stefan Stefanov. Removing 30 old windows and installing 30 new ones was not an easy task in a house that is over 100 years old. We are grateful for Stefan's excellent work. You could not find a harder worker. The job was scheduled for two days, and Stefan worked until after 8:00 p.m. both days to finish it on time. His window installations were done with great skill and professionalism. The windows are beautiful to look at and are of course fully functional, up to modern standards. We were also very impressed with Stefan's assistant Tyler, who knows what to do and never stops.

    windows / doors

    The installers were professional and worked quickly and efficiently, and the salesperson Bill K. was excellent in explaining our options. They cleaned up well and knew what they were doing. Both of the installers (mike and..) who came were excellent. We used Brock several years ago for other windows and that is why we came back and used them again.

    Kichen sliding door & front screen door

    I received quotes from 2 other companies and went with Brock because they had the best price and seemed to be the most professional. From Mark the sales rep to Ziggy the installer, they were professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone!

    NEW Picture Window in Living Room & Kitchen Window

    We contacted three window companies in the GTA for quotes to replace two 24 year old windows in our home. We ended up choosing Brock Doors and Windows, not because of price. They were NOT the cheapest. But we chose them for the quality we have seen from family member’s purchases/installations and by reading the reviews on the Home Stars website. Steve from the Sales department listened to our requirements to replace the picture window in our living room. This is a focal window in our home and we wanted to make sure the window chosen and installation would be done properly. Steve suggested a better recommendation for the kitchen window as it is front facing on our home. Both windows were available for installation by the 6-8 week time period. We were VERY IMPRESSED by the installers Mark and Jeff. They both arrived on time, worked very efficiently in the morning during a cold, wet, hail storm late April day. They also were considerate with the noise level as we had a nine month old baby to accommodate with naps, playtime and feeding. Once the job was completed, Mark and Jeff cleaned up the debris and took away the old windows. It was a fabulous installation job despite the inclement Spring weather. We now receive many compliments on our new windows.

    New Front Door

    Brock Doors and Windows have been an excellent company to deal with. We originally ordered a "replacement door" instead of a complete new door system. We weren't happy with how it turned out, and Brock credited us the entire cost (materials and installation) towards the cost to buy a complete new door and frame. This whole process resulted in a lot of back-and-forth so I can certainly speak about their customer service. The new door is lovely. Mike (from the McCowan sales centre) was always quick to reply, was happy to correspond via text message, and kept on top of the whole project. For both installations, Brock gave me a date several weeks in advance and showed up at 9am on that exact date ready to complete the job. Everyone was agreeable, friendly, and organized. I will absolutely call Brock again when I replace the windows on my home.

    windows, & patio door

    Just had 6 windows & 1 Patio door installed. Sales rep Andrew gave lots of information. Stephano with his team Team Kumar and Tylor, were amazing, fast, efficient,& very polite. Great job done guys

    Install large picture window and patio door

    We are very happy with the quality and price of our new window and door. Stefan and Tyler did a great job installing them. It is a great improvement to our home.

    New window and sliding glass doors

    Stefan and Tyler did an amazing job. I am very very happy with the product and their expert installation. They were both considerate and capable. I am a happy customer of Brock Windows.

    Replacement Windows

    Mike's installation crew did a fantastic job installing my replacement windows! Finishing touches were impeccable and work site was cleaned up beautifully after they completed the work. Very professional job and great windows, they look so nice and operate so cleanly. A pleasure doing work with the Brock team starting with Brian, Mike's install crew and the office personnel that I had spoke with during the entire process. Windows were installed on time and I am very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend Brock Windows and Doors to anyone considering new windows.

    Sunroom windows and door replacement

    We're very satisfied with the job that Brock did for us today. The three installers on Stefan's team were prompt and very proficient. The product - North Star triple-glazed sealed units - are the very best quality you can get, and we're happy that we decided to pay more than a competitive quote for a superior product that will save us money in future heating and air-conditioning costs. The entire job took less time than we expected, too. The salesman, Brian, did a good job in answering our questions and explaining why their quoted price may not be the lowest, but delivers the best value.
