I hired Brock to replace old windows in a 2nd floor sun room and an old patio door, and was very satisfied with their service. Both the sales consultation and the installation were conducted very professionally and on time. The salesperson, Sandy, provided me with useful information and wasn't as pushy as some others I had talked to. The installation crew was professional, fast and courteous, providing solid work and cleanup after the job. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and products I received.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of work provided. I was happy with the price and final product. Everything was on time. I was very satisfied and I would recommend this service to others.

My first contact with Brock was 2 years ago when Mike came and gave me a quote to replace 43 windows and 1 patio door. During our negotiation/decision period, the windows installation was going to fall in the winter period and Mike noticed that I was not very comfortable with a winter install. He surprised me when he told me to wait and to call him back if I was still interested in the spring of the following year. I have never experienced a company refusing to take my money. One point Brock. The year went by and because of work, scheduling, family, basically life, I didn't reconnect with Mike. Two years or so after my initial consultation, I sent Mike an email to re-open my file and that's when he sent me Brian. At first, I thought why did he send me Brian when I dealt with him before. Well, Brock Doors and Windows had expanded to a new location Mike had other duties understandably. Brock is expanding while others who submitted quotes a couple years ago had gone out of business - Another point Brock. I went to the McCowan office and saw Mike there and lo and behold, he remembered me, what we did two years during the quote, etc. Talk about customer relationship. Mike Nolet "human CRM" - Another point Brock. Back to Brian. Perfect "salesfriend" - yep, that's how I see Brian. He genuinely looks after you. I told him some of my plans and how I'd like to stay within a budget. And every time, I deviated from my plan increasing my budget, he would pull me back in. Brian's color recommendation was perfect. I suppose he's seen enough windows on houses that he can color coordinate in his sleep. At the end of the process, I have the windows I wanted, the way I wanted and he kept me to stick to my budget. Again, a company who does not want to take my money - Another point Brock. Amry and team came for the installation - perfect "install-friends". They did a fabulous job with the install. Other contractors - painters and california shutters were amazed of how clean the install was - trimmed, levelled, etc. Amry is a perfectionist. He will make sure that the windows, the aluminum covers, etc were perfect as if he was installing windows for his own house. Best part is he went above and beyond by working with my stucco guys to come back and complete the window caulking once the stucco has dried; my alarm guy to get the wires through the window frames. Key is, he didn't have to, but he did. I was already pleased with the install, but now that other folks noticed it, I'm even more satisfied that I went with a top name windows - Northstar, top dealer - Brock and top install - Brock installers. Long story short, if anyone is looking for premium Canadian made windows, give Brock and chance. You get what you pay for. A bit of premium goes a long way if you are going to be in the house for a long term. I have already recommended the company to my neighbours and I have no doubt, their experience will be as positive as mine.

Brock Doors & Windows replaced 3 windows in my home last month. I was extremely pleased with the installation process, especially with the installation crew--Jay and his team. The installers were extremely knowledgeable about their product and company. So far I have enjoyed the windows themselves. They have been a wonderful upgrade and are working beautifully.

We had a new front door installed by Brock. We previously had our windows done by Brock so we did not hesitate when we were looking for someone to do our door. The salesman gave us all kinds of options and was very helpful. When they showed up to install the door everything was perfect. The installer was at our house at 7:30 am and finished in the afternoon. He was very polite and professional. The door looks fantastic. Brock is a great company for your windows and doors. Recommended.

Second time using Brock Windows and Doors for our home. First time was 7 years ago, so obviously the fact we used them again speaks for itself. Had 7 windows, along with a patio door installed. Mark the salesman is very professional and so not the typical "pushy" sales rep. We found him to be very honest and upfront. The installation went very well, a professional job by professionals. We are very happy with our North Star windows, along with Brock - would not hesitate recommending them and their service. Thank you.

The door project had took longer than expected from the date of what I was originally told by the Brock salesperson. I had ordered the door at the end of May 2013 and the door was finally installed Mid August 2013. The final finish was acceptable, but could have been neater though. They installed a pre-hung door and so far the door frame has a small crack in the wood and the small area of the door is also cracked. ( maybe a manufacturer defect?)

It took a while to get these windows installed, but it was well worth the wait. The company came in and measured twice and then installed in such a way that they looked as if they'd always been there. No mess, no dirt, didn't even disturb our flower beds. We're happy as can be!

We had 4 windows, 1 huge bay window, patio doors and a screen door replaced by Brock Doors and Windows and we are totally happy with the price, the workmanship, the products, the installers, the salesman -- everything! The salesman was knowledgeable, honest and no-pressure. The installers came in advance to take detailed measurements, which was critical. Our old bay window had been badly installed. The man from Brock investigated this thoroughly and made sure that the new bay window fit perfectly and is properly supported by the house structure. The installers were very good at their work, completely charming and helpful, and they worked so hard! They did a great job and left the place neat and clean. The installation was done beautifully. On the indoors side, all the windows have primed wood trim with perfectly mitred corners and tidy caulking. On the outdoors side, everything also looks great. We whole-heartedly recommend Brock Doors and Windows. 10/10!

I had 4 windows installed and the service from Brock was excellent from start to finish. They were competitive to other quotes and the Canadian made North Star windows are very well made and come with a lifetime warranty. The installers did a high quality job and are very professional. I highly recommend Brock.
