Andrew did the work and his attention to detail was outstanding. Very clean, made sure everything matched existing surrounds, perfectly installed. If you use Brock, try get Andrew to do the work.

We needed to replace 5 windows (including an odd-sized one in the bathroom). One of the windows had been subjected to serious leaking over a number of years. Two were simply broken and couldn't close anymore. Such are the joys of owning a 100 year old house. We received 6 different quotes from companies. Right from the first visit, we felt very good about the idea of hiring Brock Doors and Windows. Kevin provided us with detailed literature, loads of information, and, after measuring the windows, gave us a quote on the spot. He did not try to upsell us to extra items (as did one company, even after we made it clear that additional items were not in our budget) or pressure us to accept his quote right away (as did another company, who told us there would be a discount if we signed on right away, but not if we waited a few days to look around.) Kevin responded quickly to our subsequent questions and gave us a realistic timeline for delivery and installation. His professionalism made our choice for us - we hired Brock. They were competitive - although not the cheapest, the good communication made us confident that the installation would be as attentive and professional as the sales. The installer came to give the windows a second measure, then called to arrange installation when the windows were delivered a few weeks later (and even faster than we had anticipated!). Installation took the better part of the day, as the gentlemen were thorough and careful and worked diligently until the job was done. They made certain that a rotted ledge was replaced, not just covered, and did a wonderful job in sealing and finishing the windows, using the original frames and preserving the character of the house. They showed us how to open and tilt them safely, and provided me with a proper invoice and warranty when the job was completed. The house was left clean inside and out, and the windows look absolutely wonderful. We are certain that we made the right choice, and will recommend Brock to our friends (and to you!)

My family and I recommend Brock Windows And Doors because Brock has a great payment plan in which they can include their cost to your gas bill if you would prefer that's what we did. In the past we tried other company's and we were not very pleased with their work that was done. Our windows were in a rough shape so much that the frame was rotten and could not be fixed. So they installed our windows right to the brick . We are pleased that our new windows are stable and that we have a double locking system on our sliding doors to prevent break ins.

We would highly recommend Brock to anyone looking for new windows. Walter (our salesman) was professional and didn't try to up-sell us on something we didn't need. He listened to what we wanted and to what was in our budget and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. The installers came on time and were done retrofitting three large windows in about six hours start to finish. They respected our home and made sure to clean up after themselves. They even took the time to show us how the windows worked. We would definitly use Brock again.

We called Brock Doors and Windows in order to replace the windows in our upstairs bedrooms. The quote that they gave us was reasonable and the job was done quickly by professionals who know what they were doing. Overall, Brock doors and windows did an excellent job and I would recommend them.

We needed new basement windows, so I looked for a few companies to get quotes. One of the companies never bothered to show up and the two that did were very close in price. We chose Brock as they were very prompt at responding to our call and very professional when they came to give us an estimate. We decided to get new windows and frames which were more expensive than inserts but we are very happy with them. The job was done when they said that it would be and there was no mess left at all. They wear little shoe covers when they come into the house and clean everything away. The windows are very nice, there are no drafts and less noise comes in. We would certainly recommend this company.

Brock installed 4 windows for us. 1 large front picture window, 1 in the dining rm, 1 in the kitchen and 1 in the bathroom. The workmanship was very good and it was done in a timely manner. We would definitely use them again and we soon will as we need a new door installed and the remainder of our windows replaced.

Brock Doors and Windows replaced all the windows in my house. The installer Amry did such an outstanding job installing the windows. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work. My neighbours were so impressed at the quality of workmanship of my windows they too ordered some windows from Brock even though they had used a different company before. Went with Brock because of excellent homestars reviews. Great experience through and through from sales to installation. Brock's quote was competitive with the other highly rated companies, but slightly less expensive for an equally excellent product. Installation team was efficient and very respectful of our place. So far - it's been about a month now - no complaints.

I had my windows replaced in the front of my house plus two patio doors. I was very pleased withe both the initial meeting and the finished job. I will be using this company again when I have my remaing windows done.
