    New door

    We needed a new door and frame. Brock was the best best price. Quick follow up to our call and on time visit. Sales person and installers very professional. We were told an approximate install date and they had it ready early. Site was left very clean. Overall great experience.

    Professional and excellent window installation

    I recently had 3 windows replaced in my home my Brock windows. The initial consultation was great. They had wonderful suggestions on the type of windows I should get. Specifically my bathroom window, which is quite large, and they suggested an awning type of window with privacy glass. Awesome suggestion and glad we went with it. It took a long time to get the physical windows, but I think due to the unique size of each of our windows it took time to customize them. Installation was smooth and complete. Before the installers started they reminded me of the dust, so I was sure to cover everything in the various rooms. Overall, we are very pleased with the service and the final product and would recommend you get a quote from them first before looking elsewhere for your windows.

    New front entry door

    We were greeted at the showroom in Whitby by friendly, professional customer representatives. They offered excellent advice and helped us make a decision that we were very pleased with. The installers were efficient and professional. We will definitely return to Brock Windows and Doors in the future. We are so happy with our new front door. Check them out.

    Doors and Windows

    We have used Brock Doors & Windows on 2 separate occasions (front door, slider, windows) and are very pleased with the results. Installation staff were very professional, doing a great job and leaving eerything neat and tidy. Our front door was sticking but that was fixed within days. Our biggest problem was the process from quote to signing the contract - had problems connecting with Chris so the process took longer than expected, almost a month, so installation was delayed until November. But wait was worth it. Be forewarned, the windows are made to order so the process takes months, not weeks. Would definitely use again.

    Window Replacement

    Replaced 5 windows in our century home without any damage to the window sills or any areas around it. The new windows look great and we could feel the temperature difference right away! The installers came later in the arrival window and ended up having to work late into the night but they ensured the job was done in a day. They covered all the floors while they were working to keep the space clean and we're very polite

    Friendly and professional service

    They are very professional and friendly. They showed up on time and completed the job perfectly and clean the premises after completing job. I have replaced all the windows from Brock. I will recommend them.

    New windows

    I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and the workmanship of the crew who installed them. They were very efficient and kept the work area very clean. I would reccomend Brock windows in the future, I know that I will use them again.

    been-there-done-that!

    I'm 60+ years old. I've used 6 different window installers over the past 30+ years. 4 of them were nightmares/poor workmanship. Brock was a real treat for me. Excellent installation with a superior product. What a relief!

    Four Windows replaced at front of house

    Windows came in expected timeline with input into installation and a two day installation plan. It was expected to take one day but they booked the time so we could plan and not be caught off guard should it become necessary. Installers were polite, knowledgeable and “took care of our home”. we are very pleased at this point.

    New Picture Window Installed

    Late last year, my wife and I decided to replace the picture window in our living room. We got quotes from five companies. Two of the five companies would not replace just one window, so they were eliminated immediately. Of the other three, Brock Windows and Doors provided the option that best served our needs in terms of price, product and deliverability. For the same price quoted by the other two companies, Brock provided us with triple paned glass and krypton gas. In addition to timely installation, the installer was pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Brock for your window replacement needs.
