    Doors and Windows sales and installation

    We recently had Brock Doors and Windows sell and install all the exterior doors and windows in our home. From the first visit by the salesperson, to the last installation by the installation team, the renovation was professional, informative and problem free. We are very pleased with every aspect of the process. We have already recommended Brock Doors and Windows to family and friends. Thank you.

    Windows

    Brock Windows made the purchase and installation of their Windows easy. The guy that came to give the quote was friendly and knowledgeable. And the installers were quick and clean.

    Excellent service, quality products and competitive pricing.

    From our consult to phone conversations with the office and our two installers, everyone was friendly and answered any questions we had. We replaced all of our windows and added a basement egress window. Very happy with the process and a job well done, the installers were prompt, professional, friendly and clean! We are happy with our investment and very glad to have chosen Brock for our windows. Definitely will recommend!

    Repair over a year ago installation; perhaps ~15 years

    You arranged for some Brock windows repair work at my home in Etobicoke. Ernie arrived yesterday right on time. He was extremely pleasant and after examining the worn out window crank, and the damaged screen, he set about fixing the items. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. As usual with Brock, I was pleased with the workmanship and the courteous staff including yourself. I was even telling my next door neighbour who has five or six homes in Etobicoke. He was amazed at my recounting of the couple of times I have dealt with Brock since the original installation. He was really surprised, having done an install using Pela windows at the house next door. He couldn't believe the service you arranged for, and Ernie provided. He said, he would keep your company in mind when he needs another replacement. See good things happen when you provide a good product at a good price, and have capable, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Good going Ernie.

    Screen Door

    Although it was difficult to get to an actual install date, I must advise that the installers them selves were great! Today Chase and Darryl installed my long awaited screen door, it looks wonderful. Bothe Chase and Darryl were very pleasant and did a great job on the installation, would recommend both for future work.

    Window replacement

    We needed a few older windows replaced. They came to measure and replace the windows and were always professional. They followed up with their work. We love our new windows.

    Front door installation

    The team installed my front door about a week ago. They arrived right on time, installed the door promptly and ensured my house was spotless before they left. I highly highly recommend Brock Doors & Windows!!!

    New windows, front and back doors

    We cannot express how pleased we were with our experience with Brock Windows & Doors. We were kept informed from the very beginning - all employees were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Brock Windows!!!!

    Updating old windows

    We hired Brock Windows to replace the remainder of the old windows that were in our house when we bought it, all of which were super drafty and one of which iced over on the inside during the winter months. We live in an old house and two of the windows were super finicky with awkward sizing and framing. Our crew handled the finicky windows brilliantly and we are incredibly pleased with how the new windows look. We are looking forward avoiding the frigid drafts and icing over in the winter months. The crew were very professional, super friendly and did a great job cleaning up before leaving the site.

    Door and Windows all around our house

    We are absolutly thrilled with our new windows and door. The quality of the product , the excellent installation and attention to detail in the finish exceded our expectations.
