    Master bedroom and loft

    Excellent service from sales rep to installation. Completely satisfied with windows. Not only do they look good but are very efficient. The noise block is amazing and so much easier to clean.

    Great Windows and Doors

    The windows in my relatively new house lost their seals very quickly. The front door never hung properly and the patio door lost its seal while I was talking to the Brock Windows salesman. My new windows were installed within the time frame promised. The installation team was great and did a very good job. They were very friendly with my dog also. The windows and doors are wonderful. I can see the quality of all of them. The front door has a snug seal. My patio door slides beautifully. The windows are all perfect. I'm very pleased with the results. And, I am very pleased with the price. All of the other quotes I got were higher.

    Top Notch Service and Quality

    Brock offered top notch service and installation. From the sales person coming to our home to the installation crew their service was impeccable. The sales person did not over sell or try to promote items we didn't need and told us where to save. The installation crew was fantastic working around our family and lifestyle and left the place spotless. If your looking for doors or windows your search needs to start and end with Brock.

    Windows

    From the sales representative to the installers everything was done with great expertise. We have shutters on the windows and they took extra care to put them back on along with the trimming. They took the extra time to show us how the windows work for opening and cleaning. We had two windows installed and will be calling again to replace other windows. Thanks again.

    Replaced Windows

    We replaced a total of 8 windows (brick to brick) and the finished project was exceptional. We started at the showroom and once we saw the display windows, set up and an in-home appointment. We met with Philip, who made recommendations and explained everything so we understood what would happen. A crew of three came to the house and they were all very friendly and courteous. Two of the guys worked on taking the windows out and Dmitry installed all the windows. Dmitry was very detail-oriented in everything he did so that the finished job was amazing. Between Philip's recommendations and Dmitry's wonderful work, both inside and outside, we could not be happier.

    Window replacement

    Had 6 windows replaced, they did a good job with the installation, quick work and decent trim work on the inside. The outside aluminum capping and caulking looks great. Only gripe would be the type of trim on the inside for the basement, could have been given different options to choose the type of trim from the salesperson. Overall happy!

    Bathroom Window

    I had a small bathroom window installed. The two man team arrived on time as arranged. The job was done quickly and to our satisfaction. I would definitely get them to do our next job.

    large living room window installed

    I called Brock and I thought they were more professional then the other companies I had called. I received a quote and I went to the showroom to look at the windows. I made an appointment and put down a deposit and the window was installed. I am happy with the quality of the window and the professional of my salesperson Arthur. Thank you for a high quality window in my home.

    Great doors and great job

    We had our side door done and loved it so much and had such a pleasant experience, we decided to do our front door. Our rep was very friendly and you could tell he cared about his work. The installer was friendly & tidy. We have a 97 year old home, so no reno is easy, but he did a fabulous job. Thank you

    New windows

    Great service, from the showroom to the installation! We had six windows replaced. The two-man crew was on time, professional and very efficient. I even got a phone call from “head office” while they were working to get my feedback on their work before they left.
