    4 basement windows

    window installation made easy. my basement windows were in dire need of an upgrade and i decided on calling brock windows for an estimate. their sales representative Christopher came to our house, took measurements and walked us through the options of windows they had. Once our windows were ordered we had to wait about a month for the installation team to come and install them. A father and son duo tore down and put up our new windows in a matter of hours, the job they did was impeccable. practically no mess left at all, they did a fantastic clean up job. i would definitely recommend brock windows to anyone in the market.

    5 windows

    Initial consult was fantastic. Unfortunately there was a long wait for production of the windows which lead to a winter installation. However, the 2 installers were pleasant and worked efficiently. They did their best to respect our home (removing shoes, using drop cloths, vacuuming) and were polite while completing the job. There was some wood chips and caulking 'garbage' left outside, however it was snowing on the day the work was completed. We had some questions in regards to our warranties which were quickly answered! Overall we are happy with the service that we received from Brock windows and are enjoy our new windows! NO MORE DRAFTS!

    Worst Experience, Completely Unreliable

    This has been the most frustrating experience, and it is still going. I booked an appointment to have all the windows in our house changed at the end of August. Right before the appointment - they called and changed the appointment to September. When the guys finally came in September to do the work. They didn't put down any drop cloths like they said they would! Everything I own was covered in 2" of black dust. Next, they did not come early enough in the day, and they were unable to finish the job. Did they come the next day to finish? NO. A week and a half later they came are "finished" the job. Their version of finished was the leave huge gaps between the drywall and the frame. Terrible. This was how all the windows in every room were left. After a Long called to the customer service department, the company send a Customer Service rep to evaluate my complains. I called in September right after the job was done. The service call was booked for the end of NOVEMBER. So a couple weeks ago the guy finally shows up, and says - yup this shouldn't have been left with huge gaps. A week later they called to book the repairs. I was then told the next available appointment for repairs was FEB! So now all Winter I will have huge gaps all around my windows. Brock - this TERRIBLE customer service.

    living room window

    Would just like to say that Mark the sales rep was very pleasant and knowledgeable to do business with. Today Dec. 5 Chase and Cody came to replace the living room window. they were both very pleasant and efficent did a great job very pleased with their work and left nothing behind. Would recommend them both to do more of our windows possibly in the future

    Disappointing

    We purchased 6 windows. We were told they would be installed end of September or beginning of October. They were installed end of November. Had I been told end of November, I would have waited until the spring. Then, one window was installed trapping my house alarm wiring behind the casing. I can not set my house alarm until this is fixed. After numerous calls and emails for 2 weeks, I only have a response apologizing but no date to fix it. I should have cancelled my cheque faster! Wish I picked a different window company!

    REPLACEMENT OF ALL WINDOWS

    We live at 5872 Sidmouth street in Mississauga. We would like to share our experience with Brock Windows. The new windows are excellent in quality and it keeps the draft out and also noise to a very good extend. We live on a flight path hence the noise of airplanes are constantly in our ears. Since we installed the new windows the noise level is definitely down by 40%. Also with the old windows we could hear every little noise, such as, cars reversing, people closing doors of cars and homes, large vehicles which has higher noise level (garbage trucks etc.). Now with the new windows we have peaceful evenings. The back of the house is open to a field hence the wind hauling was a major disturbance while sleeping that is down to 50% or more. Guess what is the heat setting : 24 Degree Celsius!!! The service we received was exemplary. Diana in the office and Bryan (sales person) and another Bryan in customer service, all of them were extremely nice. The guys who installed the windows, they were the best in this world. They looked after our home like their own. Amry Hospedales, Fidel and Mark truly lived up to our expectation. We would recommend Brock Windows and Doors and their installation crew to anyone.     Replaced windows

    The Brock Window guys replaced 9 windows in my house. They were incredibly nice and friendly and were great at cleaning up after they completed the work. Our rooms are so much brighter now and all the rooms look so nice. Will definitely call Brock Windows in the future and recommend them highly.

    Window and Front Door

    Brock completed two windows and a front door replacement for me recently. From the sales staff to installers, all were 100% professional. Job was done to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommend this company to anyone who wants good quality.

    Window and Patio Door Installation

    I am writing this letter to say thank you for my recent window/door installation. After doing some research and a referral I knew that I wanted the NorthStar product. I contacted several dealers in the area and only Brock Windows was prepared to come out to my home to discuss my requirements, review the product and offerings and measure my windows. Other companies wanted me to take the measurements, send it to them and then they would send a quote. The sales rep that came to my home was Steve Morgan, originally, I was planning on replacing 6 windows, however, I was so impressed with his knowledge about the product his personality and professionalism and his explanations as to savings I would experience I decided to complete my entire home with 17 windows and a patio door. Shortly after Steve confirmed my order to my satisfaction your technician came to make a final measurement at my convenience. The installers that came to my home were Eugene and Ilgar, they are very skilled and professional. All the old frames and rubbish were removed and my property inside and out was cleaned to the best of their ability. While the installers were working I received a call from Brian who was making sure everything was being performed to my satisfaction. During the day Steve Morgan, the salesman, again came to my home to make sure everything he had promised me was being completed as discussed and to make the sure the installers didn’t have any questions. I would like to say at this time Thank you so much to Brock Windows Ltd. For having such a dedicated and professional team. Your firm runs like a well-oiled machine. Without a doubt I give you a 5* recommendation. I installed triple glaze, awning windows. These were installed with deeper sills and larger moldings improving the appearance of my home from a design standpoint and has upgraded the value of my property adding curb appeal. I have already noticed the difference with external sound reduction and improved heat retention within my home.

    Rear sliding glass patio door

    The rep came to our home 2 mths ago we needed a new paito door.he measured it then another person came to measure the crew showed up thur nov 29 to install the door when the started to install it i saw a 2 inch gap on the left side and a 1 inch gap on the right side.i said to the techs who were installing it that door is wrong size you could put a 2x4 on the left side the gap was so big. So they said dont worry all dors like that so used expanding foam i couldnt believe this told the rep we are not satisified.brock is supposed to be a professional service.i hope they resolve this and other issues with this single simple job!!!
