Nick was very professional. Knew exactly how to evict the critters from my attic. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.

I am so impressed with this company! They responded quickly, set a date to visit the property and completed the job quickly and neatly. Jake arrived on time. He was personable, knowledgeable and pleasant. He cleaned out the birds’ nesting debris from the outside vent and he installed an exhaust vent cover to prevent this from occurring again. The price was reasonable and I would certainly use them again. Thanks, Jake! You are an excellent ambassador for the company! Highly recommend!

Someone in our neighborhood noticed a squirrel trying to get into a roof vent of ours. Gates Wildlife responded very quickly and sent over Joe who did an inspection of both roof areas around our semi-detached properties. He assured us there were no signs of entry but recommended some sensible and affordable vent guard and wiring precautions to prevent any interested roddent from getting into our attic. We are very pleased to have the piece of mind knowing our property has such protection enhancements. Would not hesitate to recommend Gates for any wildlife issues.

Jake was able to get rid of the squirrels in my attic. He came back a few times to make sure they were gone. No squirrels were hurt.

We discovered very busy squirrels had chewed their way into our parents roof. Called Gates and Joe was able to come out the next day and inspect the premises. He found multiple entry points! took pictures us to show us the damage the creatures had caused. And presented a plan to remove and keep the wee beasties out, and and estimate. The work was completed the next business day - with 2 follow ups to ensure no new evidence of activity. Service was great, friendly, reasonable and very respectful. Would Highly recommend.

I had squirrels in the attic (noises heard especially at night), called Gate Wildlife, came the next day, assesses the damage, proposed a plan and it worked. Squirrels got in by chewing through my plastic vent. Gate Wildlife add wire mesh coverings to my 6 vents, one with an escape hatch to allow any squirrel to get out but not in. Technician came back once and confirmed squirrels left. Tested again a few days with no more evidence of squirrels. Success. The technician was excellent in explaining things and did a great job. Note, Gate Wildlife was here 14 years ago to deal with baby racoons after the Mom tore a hole through my roof. Roof did need to be replaced as it was weak, so I did that at the same time. I recommend this company.

Squirrels ripped off a piece of soffit at the very peak of the roof. Joel was able to repair the soffit, seal the hole, install a trap and evict them. Then removed the trap once the critters were gone. Added features, Joel installed wire around the roof vents, and took care of a few additional issues he found up there. Friendly, great customer-focused service. Having unwanted pets is not fun but Gates was a pleasure to deal with.

I had a racoon in my chimney and a squirrel in my garage (separate building from the house). Joe is excellent and I think he solved both issues. I know he'll be back if the issues aren't solved. I would recommend Gates anytime!

Had an issue with something in our walls making a commotion - contacted Gates and while it took a few days to get our schedule aligned I eventually had Joe out who did a thorough inspection of our property, identifying a few possible points of entry and setting up one way doors. As well as rodent proofing a few potential entry points. He was very friendly and clearly explained every step. He followed up with two additional visits until it was determined that it was actually mice not squirrels as we suspected. He was able to deal with the problem with some traps and the service was concluded to our satisfaction.
