This company is one of the best company's I have ever dealt with. Right from the initial contact this company is all ace's. They are professional, courteous, forthright and honest. Chris was awesome. His explanation of the work to be done, initializing and completing the work as promised was perfection. All companies should take note as to how this one operates. Brilliant.

We had an issue with squirrels that were accessing our house through a damaged chimney shield. Chris arrived quickly, identified the issue within minutes and installed a one way door. He also repaired the damage as well as a couple of other potential access points. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and exceedingly polite. I wouldn't hesitate to use AAA Gates again or refer them to others.

Heard a raccoon in my attic for a couple of nights. Found these guys guys on the internet. They were very helpful and informative before I even booked an appointment. The person who came was very nice and professional and raccoon proofed whatever he could. Fingers crossed, no more raccoons.

There was a party in the attic which the home owner did not want. Squirrels thought they found a home for the winter. AAA Gates Wildlife Control came the very next morning. Inspected the roof and confirmed I had a hole in the roof. They also went into my attic to check what damage may have been done. That is when he spotted two squirrels. He placed a one way trapped door for them to leave but could not get back in. Came back and inspected to confirm they left and then repaired the hole.

Squirrels were building a nest under our solar panels. Chris from Gates Wildlife Control came,took a look at the problem, cleared the nest and put up protective screens around all of the solar panels and vents on our roof the same day. The work was excellently done. Chris was courteous and very professional. Thank you.

We had a raccoon in our lower roof, evident by damage to the soffit. Brad and Cassandra arrived on time and provided a written estimate for the necessary work within 15 minutes. They secured all of the roof vents to prevent any further animal entry and made up a one way only exit for a very tight space. Upon return two days later Cassandra removed four baby raccoons and left them in a heated box on the roof while Brad repaired all the damage to the soffit. That night the mother raccoon took the babies out of the box. We were completely satisfied with the humane removal of mother raccoon and her babies. Brad and Cassandra know there stuff and operate in a very professional manner. We highly recommend AAA Gates Wildlife Control!

I heard and saw a racoon on my roof intermittently a few times and felt it best to racoon-proof potential entry points, knowing racoons had entered our neighbors attic previously. I called a few companies for quotes, and from the time I first called Gate's Wildlife Control, they were knowledgeable and transparent with costs. She gave me a rough breakdown but they also offer a no obligation on-site quote. Tony was courteous and graciously answered all my questions. While on the roof for inspection he immediately noted that the racoon had already ripped open a plumbing mat, exposing insulation. He gave me a no pressure estimate, which was reasonable for the work to be done. I accepted it and he efficiently patched up the hole and installed heavy steel mesh on all accessible plumbing mats and attic vents, and vulnerable soffit/roof junctured. I felt he was very honest, efficient and professional He gave us options to repair the damage in the most effective economical way, and even reduced the final bill from the original estimate when he found the damage less severe after repairing the hole. I'd have no problems recommending this company after a very pleasant experience. He was also very polite around my excited children!

We had a mother raccoon giving birth to four babies behind our fireplace brick beginning of March of this year. We called Gates Wildlife Control and Blake came out to help us. He looked behind our fireplace flue with a mirror and saw the little family and told us that it could be June before they would leave. Each week he came by and inspected their den and gave us suggestions. I would follow through with what he suggested each week. By the beginning of May the raccoon babies were very active and exercising. Then one night they went up our chimney onto our roof and were gone. The next day Blake came by and put grates over our chimney and seven vents. We are now fully protected and feel relieved. Blake was very patient with us and kind.
