Skunk burrowed far under patio. Called Gates. Instant answers. Instant appointment. Joel showed up early. Gave wonderful advice and information about skunks and their habits. Recommended a different course of action than expected. Thrilled.....thank you Joel and Gates.

The service was prompt, friendly, efficient, and the result 100% to our satisfaction! We also had Gates Wildlife Control do an external wildlife proofing check of the entire house and the roof. For an additional fee and as a preventative measure we had all vents and pipes covered with wire mesh. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

Moved into a new place to find that there were raccoons living in the chimney in the fireplace in my bedroom. I woke up to find a raccoon was trying to get into my bedroom by turning the handle on the grate of the fireplace. I could see it behind the grate. I called Gates Animal Control and Jennifer was fantastic and calming. She sent the technician, Jake, who arrived within an hour. He solved the problem and found other issues, squirrels had eaten their way under the roof, in another area. Jake has been back several times to ensure that everything is secure. Thank you, Jake, for making us feel safe!

I had a chipmunk in the drain of a retaining wall. They installed a screen on both drains so any animal could get out but not in.

After discovering that racoons made a home on top of our garage, we called Wildlife Control. Nick was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he installed a one-way door to let racoons leave and returned in a week to seal the entry. Thankfully baby racoons were grown up enough to leave, as Nick predicted.

this is the 2nd time that we have used Gates Wildlife and highly recommend them to anyone looking for wildlife removal. THe first time we used them was when we had racoons that had nested in our roof and this time 2 yrs later in another area of the roof squirrels had happily set up a home. Jake was courteous professional and very thorough.

Recently had some chimney work done and the contractor said that there was a racoon in my chimney. They said to wait about a month, in case it was a mother raccoon with babies. I decided that I didn't want to take a chance on the racoon leaving and contacted AAA Gates. I promptly received a call from the office and the woman kindly explained their service and base pricing, and offered for a technician to come out for a free inspection and estimate. The technician, Joel came out on Sunday and I explained what the chimney guy told me. He went up the roof and checked. When he came down, he told me there was a racoon in there, but couldn't tell if there were any babies. He explained what he could do to see if he could get the racoon to come out now, and next steps. I decided to go ahead with Joel's recommendations. Joel was great. He explained, he was not pushy, and I did not feel at all pressured. Joel did get the racoon out, and said it was a male, so he put on a one-way door and came back on Tuesday. He was running a little late and called me to let me know. He removed the one-way door, sealed the chimney and screened it. I opted to go for getting the roof vents screened off as well as the plumbing vents. (That is why the job was $1,000, otherwise would've been around $650). I would highly recommend AAA Gates. Joel was very professional, friendly and explained things: he did not push or sell to get the work. Both the office and Joel were great. No hesitation to recommend them in a flash. Tech came faster than expected. Had all babies caught and mom out, within 30 min. Then he sealed up access points with heavy wire screen to prevent further access by animals!

Thanks to Chris for addressing our nasty squirrel problem. He arrived on time and worked in the pouring rain to secure our house from our critter issue. He returned 5 days later to assess the situation, remove the trap, and seal the opening. We are grateful for his expertise and service. Thank you, The MacPhersons

We had four tiny raccoon babies and their mum living in our chimney. Jake from AAA Gates was fantastic. He got them safely out and into a box and the chimney sealed off and protected. He explained the whole process to us and was honest about the fact that he might have to leave the babies in there for a while, depending on their size. Luckily, that wasn't necessary. He was totally professional, gentle with the animals, and took pains to get them safely rehoused with their mum. We would recommend AAA Gates to anyone with a similar problem.
