Joe came out to deal with a skunk that had made a home under my garden shed. He was totally professional and worked very hard on what was an extremely hot day to trench and install proper screen to replace my old chicken wire. He left the site clean and neat and was very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Gates.

Fast, friendly service. The problem we had has been resolved to our satisfaction. We would certainly use Gates again if we have similar problems.

Contacted Gates wildlife on the weekend and they said Joe would be out within a few days to do a free inspection and determine what was needed. Joe was the consultant professional and did his job very quickly and efficiently. He discovered some small openings where the dormer met our roofline that could allow squirrel entry into attic, he installed the one-way door and then came back two days later to check for activity no activity discovered, one-way door removed and sealed with screening and caulking. Very pleased with results.

We had a family of 5 racoons under our deck. Mother plus 4 babies. Gates promptly scheduled a site meeting. Your representative, JAKE, assessed the problem and informed us where we could save money as the job was smaller than my photo showed. Jake was extremely professional and interactive with answering our questions and in his explanation of the job he would do. He took great care in preserving the area around our deck when performing the job. He returned a few days later as scheduled for the reassessment and determined that the racoons had left and that he could seal off the exit. An outstanding job!! Highly recommend your service.

Prompt and professional. We hope we never need their services again (that was a long couple of weeks with birds in our vent), but if we do they'll be our first call.

Skunks had penetrated our extended wooden deck which is just over the ground level. I called Gates Wildlife Control. They visited and identified all areas which were susceptible to housing skunks and other animals (we live near a ravine). They asked us to clear all vegetation and then came to do a complete mesh wiring on surroundings of our decks. They added a one way exit pathway for the skunks which was actually used. The company came back and sealed it off a few days later. They also did a complete check and repair of our chimneys and rooftops.

Squirrel was getting in the corner of the roof. Entry hole was previously sealed off by a different Wildlife control 11 yrs ago but went loose due to the shingle replacement 5 years ago. Squirrels was making thumping noises early in the morning in the corner attic. Googled around and selected AAA Gates and Justin from AAA Gates came by to assess the situation and did a great job in setting up the 1 way exit hole and sealed it well 2 weeks later. No more interrupted sleeps. Thank you for your services. You did a great job. Will keep your number handy for any critter home invasion in the future.

I have hired AAA Gates several times and met various technicians. Highly recommend! Extremely professional and pleasant. Patiently explained the results of their investigation, effectively took care of the current issue and suggested a permanent solution. Repaired all holes and squirrel damage then Installed a barrier around the entire large bungalow roof. Excellent experience.

The team came and assessed the situation. They gave us some great recommendations on how to keep the raccoons out. They checked all the prior installations and everything was fine. They gave us a new great to install over the hole. In and out very quick. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
