Chimney Rebuild
Our 40 year old brick chimney was falling apart. We had estimates from 7 different companies giving us various different opinions on the "fix". Bob took the time to carefully explain why we needed the work and explained the root cause of our issue. His work solution, although more than some of the other estimates, was correct. As we dismantled the chimney the lower bricks just crumbled (other companies said they looked "fine"). Mike and James were efficient and very professional. Amazing service, a high quality job and most importantly what seems to be the right job. 2 after images, 3 before

Chimney Tile and Cap Installation
Owen and the entire team at A1 Quality and Chimney went above and beyond in helping me put a cap on my chimney. They sent a technician over late on a Friday night through bad weather when I first called, and they followed up several times to ensure the job was completed as soon as the weather allowed. I couldn't recommend them any more.

Flue repair on our old two story house - Top notch service!
Odene, a service technician from A1 Quality Chimney Cleaning & Repair, just left our home. He was here to seal cracks around our fireplace flue today. Odene was as professional and personable as they come. We couldn't be happier.

Excellence is What You Get with A-1 Quality Chimney
3 fireplaces and chimneys cleaned (2 unblocked) and inspected with immaculate service, promptly and at our convenience. Owen and his staff are expert, polite and pleasant. Owen later shared his expertise and knowledge generously when an unusual issue arose with one of our fireplaces and provided a practical solution to boot. These people are Professionals all the way. They have the most appropriate name for their company. We don't see how anyone could ever regret choosing them.

BEST SERVICE EVER!
We had our chimney cleaned and inspected by Ryan from A1 service---he was super friendly, super knowledgeable and super fast. Our chimney had not been cleaned in several years in our very old house---Ryan did the job expertly and very fast. If you're looking for chimney and fireplace work, don't look further. Ask for Ryan if you can.

Chimney sweep made to enjoy
Ryan was amazing, great conversation and company while eating my snack he was working and very polite keeping a very nice conversation. Five stars are not enough to recommend them.

Smoke seepage
We had a problem with smoke seepage with our open fire in our new home and felt we had tried everything to resolve without success (we were resigning ourselves to installing a wood fired stove. Owen was really helpful in taking the time and talking me through the steps to check in advance to avoid a service call. These resolved the issue. We have some work to do in future on our flue and I'll certainly use A1.

Excellent attention to customer satisfaction!
Kelley was amazing to work with. Very responsive and he took extra care to be sure we understood how far the new hearth had to come out. I highly recommend!

Cap and Cleaning
Great service. Had Cleaning and New Cap put on. Nathan took care of the cleaning part. Very quick and professional. Odene had the task of the cap. Had the challenge of the custom liner that was installed. Very upfront with us, as the first cap would not fit correctly and need to come back. Odene made sure no more birds could get in and sealed everything up. Even took a picture to show us.

Super helpful advice!
We were having issues with a gas “log set” fireplace in the house we moved into a while ago. When we operated it, we could smell the exhaust from the fireplace in the house. I called many fireplace companies and chimney companies to find SOMEONE who could help solve the problem so we could enjoy the fireplace! Long story short, I called A1 and Kelly spent quite a bit of time to help troubleshoot the problem and provided helpful suggestions to resolve the problem. In the end, I think we will likely convert this fireplace BACK to a wood burning fireplace in the Springtime and will have A1 do that work for us. Thanks so much to Kelly for his patience and knowledge in helping me out with this. We will DEFINITELY use A1 when we convert to wood burning. I always appreciate working with people who want to understand FIRST what the situation is and THEN propose solutions rather than quickly assessing whether there’s an easy path to money before spending time with a potential customer. I look forward to working with A1 in the future!
