A1 has done a couple different jobs for us in the past few years. They are prompt, easy to deal with, and their windows are great! Their installers were prompt and efficient and took care to ensure everything fit perfectly.

Extremely pleased with our A1 window experience. We contacted and received quotes from several companies and made the decision to hire A1 to replace all our windows with new vinyl windows. The sales rep David, offered exceptional service and always quickly returned my calls and emails. A1's pricing was competitive and in comparing the windows with the competitors we were confident in the quality and construction of A1's. During the installation we were very pleased with their hard work and attention to detail. Highly recommend A1.

We are very happy with our experience with A1 Windows. The sales rep, David, was very knowledgeable. He attended the house and took measurements and prepared the quote (the final price was true to quote). He had great suggestions to meet our needs and we opted to replace our dark frame 30+ year old windows with 13 new vinyl windows and the results are amazing - so quiet, warm and bright! The installation was done by Bobby and his team who did a great job. He provided us with options for how the windows would look on the exterior of the house. They were able to install in a way that matched the windows in our addition. The installation team were very respectful of our home. They put down drop cloths, caulked the windows neatly, cleaned up fully inside and out, and even vacuumed. The owner of the company stopped by during the installation to check on the progress. We couldn't be happier with the service, the appearance, and quality of the windows we received from A1 Windows - we highly recommend this company.

Super disappointed. We require a service call repair on our windows that were installed by A1. We contacted them last September 2015. And received this reply:" though the warranty of your windows had expired as mentioned, however we can still offer a service call for you. The overall cost including labour and new parts is $250.00 plus tax. Also due to high volume of service schedules because of summer season. It may takes 2 to 3 weeks to get our service technician come by". We agreed to the terms. Have written them 4 times since requesting service. They say they cannot book us an appt. too busy. We have waited 6 months with no service.

We requested a quote for a custom wood window with two panes, a right and left, the right pane being a push out. We recieved a quote and my husband called to pay for it. The window we received was vinyl with top and bottom panes, push out on the top. The managers at the company refuse to speak with us and the sales representative called to yell at us and hang up. He will not return our calls.

no subject We had a challenging large custom bay window that needed replacing and it was important that the job would be done right and for a good price. Our experience with A1Windows was excellent from start to finish. The installers were great and they did a very professional job with their work. The window looks good and that part of the house definitely feels much warmer now. A1 Windows also provided excellent customer service in addressing unforseen issues and my concerns.

Replaced all windows and a couple of sliding doors through A1. The quality of work and price was competitive. Was happy with how the workers cleaned up after the job. A few years later, the windows are still good as is the install (no caulking issues). Highly recommend.

Was very pleased with the service and delivery/install of new vinyl windows for my house in Vancouver. A1 Windows took the time to explain the vinyl window construction process and clearly explain every option available to - inclusive of casings/lamination/double and triple panes/locks/hard vs soft E coatings/internal frame/etc. They also employ their own installers so you are not dealing with a contracted company if something goes wrong. The install team was great - used proper tools, proper blades, flashing was done correctly, used proper length mounting screws, and high quality caulking. They showed up on time and the job site was left clean.

We had the team from A1 windows install our retrofit windows and they were fast, professional and accommodating! We had a tight time line and were hosting a party that weekend, they came that week and were done in one day! Windows are awesome, crew was awesome and they left our house clean like they were never here!

After looking at a few products, I opted for A1 Windows Ultravinyl system with triple glazed units. The system provided the thermal performance I was looking for at a reasonable price point. Bobby and his crew made installation quick and efficient. The crew were polite, friendly, and worked extremely hard. The product looks great and thus far performs very well thermally and acoustically.
