Wonderful staff to deal with from start to finish on our windows replacement project. Rob E from the sales team followed our file from beginning to end, always making sure the final product meets our expectations. Rob was generous with sharing his windows expertise and was patient with our change requests midway, ultimately focused on making sure we would be happy with the final product. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new windows and the crew of Said , Haroon, Gurdeep & Rai were fabulous on install day. Bravo!

Had 14 windows to replace and Vikrant came to provide a quote and was polite, informative and didn’t employ aggressive sale tactics like other quotes I received. After consideration I decided to go with A1 and when it came to install time Sultan and his team did a great job especially with one window that was challenging. They came back the 2nd day to finish up and I’m really happy I decided to go with A1 for this project

We have a TON of windows (25+) and it's an old (100yr) house. From the start of the sales pitch with Rob to the team of Said, Rai, Ranjit, Ghulam & Gurdeep, everything was explained clearly and any issues that arose were easily overcome. We were being quoted by others several thousand dollars more, and still felt that the service at A1 was better. I highly recommend this team.

I dealt with David S. in 2017 who was great through the whole process - meeting and measuring, knowledge of what products would work best for our unusual home. The products quoted were very reasonably priced and he followed up on a couple of changes quickly and efficiently. Installation went comparatively smoothly despite having to coordinate between his installation team, Bobby and Rana were great to deal with, and also a roofing crew. Follow up to fix little issues was done quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, especially for people who have to work within lower budgets and still wish for quality products and decent installation.

I live in a 28 story, 60 year-old highrise. Somewhere along the line the crazy decision to make owners take care of their own windows was made. Therefore, over the years, we have had all sorts of windows installed throughout the building. By the time around 12 neighbours and I wanted to replace our old, weathering windows, it was impossible to find a manufacturer to take this job on. ENTER: A1 WINDOWS. They not only special-designed CUSTOM WINDOWS, they did a remarkable job of replacing them in units located on different floors throughout and around the 28-floor building. The workmen stayed pleasant, caring, and professional throughout the job. They planned their work carefully so each condo was done with as little interruption as possible. And they were tidy and accommodating. I am SO THANKFUL we had this done BY A1 when we did. Worth every penny. And their helpful attention continues if questions arise. This was a tough job! This company more than rose to the tricky occasion; and they came through in every way.

A1 are replacing our windows as part of a Strata upgrade project. It has been a positive experience with good service from Manjeet in the office answering our questions and working with us for an installation date as well as the team doing the actual install. The Installation team. Said, Haroon, Rai and Gurdeep did a very professional job and got all the windows installed in one day. They arrived as arranged and did a great job protecting our house during the work. We recently had new flooring installed and they took extra care to ensure there were no issues. They walked me around and went over the operation and maintenance of the windows and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Thank you to the whole team at A1.
