Replaced all of the downstairs windows with renovator windows. The windows look great and are what we wanted. The installers were very professional and did a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend.

Replaced our entire house with brand new windows. Quick, clean and professional service!! They addressed issues with windows immediately and already scheduled a follow up for any minor touch ups.

We were recommended to use A-1 Windows by a good friend. Robert A., was super easy to work with and gave us excellent recommendations as well as information on applicable rebates. He is informative and knowledgeable in his field so we were confident with him. He came by our home a few times to assess and make recommendations. He followed up with a visit as well while the windows were being installed. He is thorough! The installers Ranjit, Simran and Jaspal were friendly, professional and very skilled in their work. We were very impressed with the final product!

Said, simian deep and amandeep did a great job installing the windows. It is stress free process and they clean up everthing afterward. We are please with the result.

We hired A1 to replace our old aluminum windows with high efficiency Energy Star models. Vikrant handled the sale and was very generous with his time, explaining the technology, what our options were in our price range and how the federal and provincial rebates worked. The ordering process was smooth, the price was good and the windows were installed on time as promised (even a bit early!). We are really enjoying our new triple pane windows. The house is much more comfortable on both warmer and cool days and the road noise has been significantly reduced. Thank you Vikrant, Manjeet and team.

Vikrant, Manjeet and the team at A1 were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend A1 Windows without reservation. The 3 installer team were in and out of our home in a day after installing 7 high efficiency windows. Very efficient, professional and knew what they were doing with an older home windows retrofit job. They are also certified under the CleanBC Income Qualified program and are well acquainted with the process and procedures regarding rebates and costs.

TDLR: Give A1 Windows a call. I called all the window companies on HomeStars with over 100 reviews and asked for quotes. It took about 3 weeks to get everyone's quote, and A1 has the best windows and price. -Windows Quality- Vikrant from A1 was on point and the easiest to talk to. He showed that A1's windows exceeds the U-value requirements needed for both federal and provincial rebates. In contrast - a few companies tells me that good energy ratings are not needed for the Lower Mainland, or it cost to much and is not cost effective. -Price- A1's quote was the best out of all the companies with 3-pane windows. Another company quoted me 10% more, and yet another company quoted me 100% more. In contrast - some companies charge more for 2-pane windows when you take in account of the government rebates. -Service & Installation- A1 had the best lead time out of the companies I called. A1 is on time - I was given an installation date 6 weeks out, and it was right on that date. A1 is courteous - Ali and the the install teams was courteous A1 is tidy - all the floors were lined, and they took the time to sweep A1 is responsible - There was an issue with a sliding door handle, and Manjeet was scheduled it to be fixed the next day. -Overall- The traffic noise is noticeably less, the windows are no longer drafty, and in the past days during the night when temperature is below 10, the inside temperature can be maintained above 20 without turning on the furnace. We are very happy with our new windows. Overall, a good experience with the entire A1 team (sales, admin, installers). The crew was very professional & courteous. We had 11 windows replaced. The work was completed in 2 days. We would recommend A1 to our friends & family.

I am very happy with the windows I had installed by A-1. The installers were very polite and professional. There were a few minor flaws with the window frames, but nothing I can't live with. I do however suggest that if you intend on using this company, that you deal with Vikrant. He is very knowledgeable with their product and excellent to deal with. He took great concern with a few things I had in question after the install and made sure to contact me and sort things out. Overall, I would definitely use this company again.
