My daughter bought a newly renovated house which had a home inspection. The furnace kept going on and off and the house was freezing Scott figured out that the furnace was too big for the house and the duct work wasn’t done properly. Even though this was close to Christmas Mel sent Scott and Derek to install a new furnace, humidifier and AC unit and repair the duct work . Derek was working in a 2 foot crawl space to create a new duct to the kitchen. They finished the work in 3 days, explained the new equipment and left the house spotless. My daughter now has a house with comfortable heat in every room. Thanks so much Air Treatment.

Firstly, it is so refreshing to see a woman in the business and one as competent as Denise who blew everyone else out of the water! She was the only one who 'really' figured out how to vent a new high efficiency furnace... as my situation was unique and a difficult one with windows, A/C, garage, and a gas meter in the way of venting properly to code. Since I was concerned re my chimney, Denise arranged for a chimney expert (who was swamped with work) to assess whether or not it was viable, even though I had not made a commitment to go with Air Treatment ClimateCare (ATCC). This chimney assessment was done because the Technician who came from another company to clean my furnace (on this website and promoted by a home improvement show host) verbally told me that my chimney had collapsed. NOT TRUE! I was amazed at Denise's knowledge and expertise and even more importantly her honesty and integrity. After seeing the reasonable and well laid out proposal, (install, special venting, taxes, new high efficiency furnace. I was happy to accept the contract. The install was done the next day as I had no working furnace for over 7 days (shut down by the other company that I was a member of) . The installers were great! Since my previous furnace was 39 years old, the duct work (made within a few hours in their shop) had to be redone (see pics). The whole install was seamless. The overall price including tax was very reasonable considering there was a chimney inspection done as well etc. I did my homework on the various furnaces out there and the one I chose is comparable to some of the other makes I was originally considering. I learned a lot about high efficiency furnaces, how they work, and how they are and can be vented. Although stressful initially, this was an amazing experience because Denise and Air Treatment ClimateCare turned a bad situation into a good one.

Three months after servicing and recharging our Fujitsu Ductless AC the unit was no longer producing cold air. At this service the technician found no leaks and recharged the unit. Called back for another service call and technician Amir was sent to check the unit. Initially with a soap test Amir found no leaks but he was very diligent and persisted in trying to determine the cause of the problem. He utilized a different type of liquid leak detector and a specialized tool to detect leaks. Amir's knowledge and persistence paid off and he was able to determine a minor leak at a flange and repaired it. There was no charge for the call back which could have been avoided if Amir had been assigned the initial service call.

The entire process of updating our HVAC system went smoothly and efficiently. From Denise’s initial visit to assess our needs to the support needed to finalize some details, we found the entire process to be first-rate, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Denise took the time to fully assess not just our current situation, but also to ask about our preferences and any current issues. That enabled us to discuss some issues that were not strictly technical. Mel’s quote was under the competition (one was more than double!). The installation team - Scott and Derek - arrived on time and took care to explain all the steps of the process and all the changes they were making. They were clean, careful and completed the work in less than the time promised. They worked with us to find the best ways to route the new condensate drain line in a collaborative process. They cleaned the work area, explained the system, demonstrated its operation and answered all of our operation questions. There was a cosmetic issue with the thermostat, but the support staff acted quickly to replace it. That gives us confidence that further support and maintenance will also be handled well. Very happy with our new system, and our new HVAC service provider. Happy to recommend Air Treatment to all our friends.

For the past 3 years we have had issues with our Viessman furnace every Winter. Regrettably, we inherited an over-engineered system and multiple companies have come and gone in an attempt to fix the problem. Sometimes the boiler would stop again within 30 minutes of the technician leaving, sometimes we would have a day or so of function. This year, we elected to replace the entire system, rather than experience the frustration of prior years. Again, multiple large companies came and gave quotes for replacement, without offering any option for repair. All reviewed the same information - the boiler, the controller, the multiple zones, the non-standard outdoor venting which had been put in place for aesthetics. And then Denise and Marco from Air Treatment came. My expectation had been that they would do as everyone else had done. However, they didn't. Instead, they began to carefully review why the boiler was switching itself off in Winter and discovered that the problem lay with the non-standard outdoor venting freezing over in Winter and hence blocking egress of carbon monoxide. Honesty such as this is a rarity. They could have quoted a multi-$ price like everyone else. Instead they chose to do the right thing even though it meant that they would forfeit a significant contract. I know who we'll be using for all of our HVAC work now!

We have been using Air Treatment to maintain and repair our gas boiler and AC for 12 years. Josh and his team are great. Very responsive, honest and fair. In an emergency they treat it like an emergency which is also great. We Recommend them to all our friends. I have put down our average annual cost which includes all repairs. They sell service packages also.

Needed the furnace our new house checked and serviced, since it was clear the previous owners didn't take care of basic maintenance. At first the furnace technician said the equipment didn't look great inside, but afterwards he assured us it was still in good working condition (if a bit rusty), and no need to replace. We loved his honesty,!

We have used Air Treatment for maintenance of our HVAC systems for a long time. We have a very high efficiency hot water boiler for heat and a ductless AC system. The original air conditioning system was installed in 1999 and this fall reached the end of its useful life. Air Treatment responded with a quote and installation plan. The service techs took out the old system and installed the new system over two days. They could not have been more respectful, helpful and thoughtful. Everything was installed on budget and on time.
