    AIR ONE HVAC

    We use this company for water heater rental and my wife also use them for repairs in her rental apartments. That is the reason we called them for emergency service for our furnace in our home. I had to go to work in 3o minutes as our furnace struggled to restart over and over. I have checked air outlets end inlets and were open. I suspected flame sensor problem since the flame did came on. I was told that the serviceman Kevin would be here shortly. I was at work when my wife called me about the bad news that the serviceman said it would be a $ 1037.34 repair due to a bad controller. The controller replaced was P/N; 1012-925A for $ 641.00 and a hot surface igniter for $ 198.00. Our total bill was $1037.34 for this emergency. What could I do? I am at work 55km away and the house cooling rapidly in January. I add the Hot Surface Igniter was still working I asked for it since the furnace is 10 years old, that could go anytime. For that $40-50 part we were charged $198.00. Since I have done my home work; The controller QAM quality available for US$ 104.00 lowest to around $150.00 max from US. The hot surface igniter runs around $25.00. Calculate exchange, shipping and taxes; the controller cost is around $200.00 and the hot surface igniter is $40 to 50-s. If I was in business probably would charge 50% profit on parts but not 300%. What do you think? Look at the price we paying for not doing the job ourselves.

    New Furnace and A/C

    We were told 6 years ago when we bought our house that our furnace and A/C were on their 'last legs'. We put off replacing until we couldn't wait any longer....it sounded like our house was getting ready for 'lift off' every time our old furnace clicked on...and it ran almost constantly! We should have had Aire One come in sooner! Your sales team was wonderful to deal with (shout out to Rick G!) and the installation team was punctual and efficient....the job was completed in one day and they left no mess behind. We have been really impressed with how quiet the new furnace is. We were so happy with the service and product that we recommended Aire One to one of our siblings...they had a new system installed as well. We can hardly wait for the summer to test out the A/C!

    Furnace

    Excellence service. When I asked the question about the problem, he explain very gentle and show the way how to deal the next time issue for temporary to solve the heater problem in order to save money and heat issue. Thanks the Air one technician.

    Furnace check in: Furnace not Reaching Desired Temperature

    - Service technician showed up on time. - Technician was courteous. - After a brief description of the problem, the technician requested to see the furnace. - At that time, the problem became obvious. - The technician made the repair in a timely fashion, with parts he had available on the truck (no waiting for a second visit!). - The technician gave me a summary of the problem, so that I could understand what issue the furnace was having, and how he fixed it. He also explained how he checked on systems that the broken part was dependent on, thus giving me confidence that the newly installed part would indeed solve the problem. - Technician was well trained, and able to answer non-technical questions as well. - The issue turned out to be a replacement of a part that was under warranty, thus, instead of having to pay what should have been a $485 job, the repair was free.

    service

    worker came in to service the furnace . service person took off their boots . Asked where the furnace was . As he was servicing the furnace he explained how the furnace worked and showed me how many amps was being used . also engaged in some conversation about the equipment . very pleasant and personable . showed me the maintenance plan to save me money in the long tern\m . Thanks

    furnace inspection

    Thanks for good service. The tech was friendly and promt and courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. I will recommend them to anyone who asks. Very easy to deal with as well.

    furness/air replacement

    I was first impressed with the sales rep and his openness and knowledge. After we reviewed other quotes we chose Aire one and the York furness and air conditioner. We have had both in operation and the biggest feature we found was the quieter operation of both the air outside fan (noise) and the furness operation compared to our previous Lennox ones. We chose the York modulating furness and the house temperature is consistant and most of the time we cannot even hear the fan running. We highly recommend both this company and the York products.     Gas Water Heater

    Thanks Aire One for the great service your guys provided. Our old gas water heater was leaking and needed replaced. The service guys were quick and professional during the installation of our new gas water tank. I was glad to see they used drop sheets on our floors to prevent scratching and water/snow from getting on our carpet. Would recommend service to friends. thanks. Jason M

    Whole house humidifier

    Recently purchase an Aprilaire humifier from Airone, it included installation. The installer showed up on time was extremely well organized, the install was done in a professional and workman like manner. Before I knew it they cleaned up and were on their way. Works perfectly great job.
