    Home furnace replacement

    Old Carrier furnace died, Aire One replaced it with a new dual stage Carrier furnace. I was impressed with the fact that the install was done very well (vent pipes re-routed to a better spot), they upgraded from a thin filter to a 3" air filter where space made me think it was impossible, and the options/financing were explained to me in professional and knowledgeable fashion.

    Furnace service

    A few mornings ago we woke up to a very cold house so I went to the basement to see what was wrong with the furnace. Of course, not being a technician, I couldn't know what was wrong other than that it was only blowing cold air. The Aire one sticker was on the furnace so I called them. I was surprised to see they answered the call even though it was before 7am. I was expecting a voicemail. They were able to squeeze me in for the same afternoon. Turns out the problem was the thermostat not the furnace. I decided to get a new programmable one to replace the simple one. In only one hour the house was comfortable and I was glad to hear the technician say I have a bullet proof carrier furnace they installed for the previous house owner. They have a monthly insurance plan so starting yesterday I have a complete new warranty on the furnace. Did not know something like this was available because I would have gotten it at my old house too. I had another company service that furnace and I spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars with that furnace. Long story short, I am very happy with aire one service and their furnace insurance.

    Furnace Inspection

    I found my furnace stopped working and looked into it for approximately 2 hours before I made a call to Aire One last night. They were quick in scheduling an on-site check by their service tech and he did show up in the window we set up. After he checked my furnace, he said it might be the vent motor that needs to be replaced. Then there are a few other options he offered, including a furnace replacement or a complete package (AC + furnace). Since the service tech didn't tell me too much of the condition of my furnace (just moved in for a couple of months), so I wasn't sure what to do with it. However, their regional manager followed up with me within a day after his visit to talk about my situation and offered the best he can do. Now my furnace is back and running well. The Aire One in KW is very well managed and I think I know why people had a very good review for it. I would still considering calling them or refer them to my friend in the future.

    Gas Furnace and A/C

    I replaced the furnace and a/c after a mid-winter breakdown. I was pleased with the initial service (assessment, explanation of options), and with the work of the men who installed the furnace and a/c. The work was completed quickly, the site was left clean (perhaps even cleaner than it was found!), and the workers even did a wee touch up on my washing machine which needed a bit of sealant. All of my interactions with the company were pleasant and helpful. Thanks.

    Furnace - Humidifier

    We are pleased with the Aire One Team. From the first call to final clean up they are excellent. We were made very comfortable about the kind of furnace we need for our needs. We made our decision with no preasure and knew what we were purchasing. They know there products and how to explain in simple terms how every thing works. I would highly recomend Aire One. It is truly refreshing in the world we are in that we can trust Aire One for home comfort.

    New furnace and Central Air

    Our furnace broke down right after Christmas, and we were referred to Aire One from a friend. We had the most respectable salesman come to our house, and 2 wonderful workers who were very clean and efficient. They were very understanding, and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need. I will definitely be recommending Aire One to friends and relatives!

    Furnace installation

    We had our furnace break down an early frigid January morning. We tried to contact the company who'd installed it when we bought the house but they were slow, so we found Aire One who was able to send a technician in about 1 hr. Aire One quoted and installed a new furnace the same day for a good price! Excellent support, knowledgeable people and very fast turn around time!

    Furnace inspection, service

    The technician went above and beyond to install extra strapping securing the vent pipes. Very pleasant friendly service. Removed their shoes and took the time to explained the service performed. We will be purchasing the annual service plan ensuring our warranty is protected.

    Service

    Great service , Air One had vehicle issues, called me to let me know and still was able to meet our needs that day but that's not all, they reduced the price of the service. I recommend Air One to anyone.

    Furnace maintenance

    Aire One came by and pitched me their annual, pre-authorised debit service for furnace and A/C maintenance; it's well-priced (and required to maintain our warranty), so would recommend. They showed up on-time and were very professional.
