I recently received a furnace and air conditioner tune up from an Aire One service technician. The service was informative and thorough. He advised me on furnace filter sales (good deal) and humidifier filter replacement. I have received this service for the past 5yrs and all the technicians have been excellent!

Technician was friendly and on time. The work was done well and within a reasonable time period. All of our questions were answered. Great value for a quality annual maintenance!

Jason the service technician was polite and professional. He made some simple suggestions to improve the air flow in our home. He also provided us with a thorough explanation of the benefits of having our ducts cleaned and installing a humidifier but there was no pressure to purchase these extras. We are thoroughly impressed with Aire One and would recommend them to our friends and family.

I am very satisfied with the service at this company and would highly recommend it to family and friends. Installation was in 2005 and Aire one was willing to install the heating and cooling equiptment in the highest season for air conditioning .They were busy but still yet kept their promise .

The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took great care and detail when checking my furnace and air conditioner to make sure it was up to their quality work. Thank you Aire One for always keeping us cool in the summer and warm in the winter months.

On January 27, 2014 my furnace stopped working. Remember those -28C very cold temperatures. Well after calling the city and another service company being told it would be hours to days before they could come I then called Aire One who arrived within an hour. The service technician managed to get my furnace working but we both knew the motor was on it's last legs. The tech gave me options and I selected to meet the next morning with a salesperson. My furnace ran the night and stopped again. Still those very cold temperatures. I then met with the salesperson, very professional who fully explained all my options which made my choice easy. Also as I was in an emergency situation with no heat priority was given to getting the installation done the next day. On Wednesday, January 29, 2014, still -25C the installers showed up ON TIME to take on this job of removing my old furnace and air conditioner to install the new equipment. These guys, Charlie and Andy, were professional artists and craftsman. No complaints about how cold it was and they worked in tandem removing and installing everything. They were receptive to my questions and completed the work like they were working on their own place. I can't tell you how much this meant to me. They cleaned everything up, in fact leaving the area cleaner than it was when they started the job. The furnace works great and even though it was too cold to check if the air conditioner worked, well it works great too. A total top notch job. I highly recommend this company

Just purchased our first home and within 3 months needed a new water heater. We had another company come in and it was not a good experience. Someone recommended Aire One to us, so we had them in. Our sales person was very professional, polite and helpful. Due to our limited space he recommended a tankless water heater. When the technicians showed up (on time! Yes shocking these days) they were very polite and respectful. They did an amazing job and left absolutely no mess. We love our new tankless water heater and will continue to recommend Aire One. After meeting with Colin for a consultation, we knew this was the company we wanted for our heating and cooling. Our first consultation with another company did not go well and meeting with Colin from Aire One was a breath of fresh air! Installers showed exactly when they said they would. Had it done in a day, cleaned up after and were very professional answering any questions we had and explaining everything they did extremely well. We also took James advice of enhancing the central air unit outside. James if you are in the neighbourhood please stop in and see! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing heat and/or cooling. Thanks to all for a job well done!!

A small child was putting stone sized objects in my furnace vents. They then stuck the hose in the vent and turned on the taps. A very friendly and professional person from Aire One came to my house and removed the water and objects from the exhaust blower of my furnace and got everything working all for the price of my annual service checkup.

I got my annual furnace/ac tune up. Keith, the tech, arrived at promised time, checked the units and their operation and said all was well. He noticed it was a while since ducts were cleaned and informed me Aire One is now doing this. I declined and Keith did not push the issue; just explained the work he had done, asked me to sign, and left. Techs like Keith are why I took a service contract with Aire One.
