    Furnace Service

    Received awesome service from Grant for a warranty repair on my furnace today. He was professional, courteous and got the repair done in great time. 100% recommend Aire One!

    New A/C, Furnace and Heat Pump Package Install

    Satisfied so far. Pat and Preet arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day and it was a long one for them, to install the system. Preet adjusted our vents to make sure these were up to code and Pat took the time to show us his work and to explain how the system worked and even programmed the thermostat for us. They left the work areas cleaner than they were when they arrived. We initially contacted Aire one to replace our A/C unit but Adam, the sales person explained that there was a government rebate available, so we decided that it was in our best interest to purchase a new furnace as well to replace the one we had from 2008 and invest in a heat pump to make the system more efficient. Adam also provided us with a certificate of guarantee for the rebate and as an added bonus, we have a year to pay at 0% financing.

    Pot Lights installed in Rec room

    Electrical work. I just want to comment on the excellent work done by Mohammed by putting in potlights in our rec room which had only 1 tracklight. Mohammed gave us excellent ideas on how to place the lights & explained exactly how he was to do the work without having to cut places on the drywall to drill thru the joists. The finished product has made a major transformation of the room. Mohammed was very careful to keep the dust & dirt to a minimum & did an excellent cleaning job when the work was done. I highly recommend Mohammed for this type of electrical work. In the near future we plan on having him put in potlights in our family room. We will also use him for any other electrical work we need done.

    Heat pump installation

    Aire One replaced our aging furnace and A/C with a heat pump system with furnace backup. From sales to installation, Aire One was very professional and did a fantastic job. Looking forward to the energy savings, and the rebate for going green!

    Furnace and Heat Pump installation

    Pat and Bill did a very good job installing our new Furnace and Heat Pump system. Both gentlemen were very kind and respectful of our home. Would definetly recommend these two and also Aire One for any Hvac needs.

    Flame Probe replacement

    Grant showed up a bit later than planned since he covered another technicians illness, but AirOne contacted me 3 times to assure me that he was still en route but slightly late. He was very efficient, replacing the probe in about 30 minutes, including checks of furnace function once he had finished. Excellent service

    Service/repair to furnace

    Work was Covered by extended service agreement. Wonderful. I can only say good things about the technician and follow up by Aire One.

    Aire-One Comes Through Again

    This morning I notified Aire-One that my furnace was failing intermittently and needed assistance. A couple of hours later, Grant from Aire-One arrived at the pre-arranged time and began a thorough diagnostic inspection. Grant was able to identify that the flame sensor was the root cause due to low voltage reading. Grant also measured the other operational components and took evidence photos of all output readings. I was really impressed with Grant's professionalism and technical skills. We also discussed how beng on the maintenance plan would have caught the flame sensor condition early and avoided an unplanned emergency. With only 2 years left on my warranty, it seems to make sense to join the maintenance plan now while replacement component costs are still covered for free. I am very grateful to Grant and the Aire-One team for their support.
