    Filter Purchase

    Sam at the Kitchener office represented among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. I chatted with Sam. He was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my Humidifier filter. I would recommend them unreservedly.

    Furnace and AC Installation

    I can not say enough good things about this company and the work they did for me. Right from the salesperson who helped me choose the right product for my needs to the installation people and the office managers. Everyone has been very helpful and knowledgeable about their product and my needs. They have followed up with emails to make sure everything is working well and always have great offers on the filter supplies I need and service requirements. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new H Vac installations and actually already have recommended them to some people!!

    Tune up

    Mike did an excellent job explaining everything he was doing to make sure I understood the importance of getting annual maintenance done.

    Furnace Diagnostic

    Matthew did a great job assessing what was wrong with our furnace - it wasn't easy as it was temporarily working while he was here, requiring a thorough investigation. Friendly service, well explained afterwards. Follow up repair to come, but our plan covers most of the cost. Thanks!

    Dehumifier Service

    Heating system and AC system installation

    I highly recommend Aire One!!! Their salesman and installers and top notch. They are courteous, prompt, professional and neat. Mike was our main installer and he kept us informed throughout the process answering our questions. We were given the red carpet treatment. I am so pleased that there are still companys out there that pride themselves in customers service. Good job Aire One!!! I cant say enough good things about you. Job well done!!!
