    Dave C great service. Very nice and helpful Quick service, knowledgeable, personable, aware of Covid 19 protocols. Made us feel comfortable.

    Furnace and Air Conditioning

    We are really happy with the services. The technicians: Steth,Gavin and Andy are excellents, and professionals. They are so polite and accommodate to the situation(we are under construction) Andy after all the work was done, explained and answered all the questions we have it.     Humidifer Install

    We had a humidifier installed and it has been running long enough to say that it works great. We notice a difference for sure. House feels less dry, haven’t had a bloody nose yet and My family isn’t shocking each other anymore.

    Furnace/AC replacement

    Our furnace broke down on one of the coldest nights this year. Aire One was at our home to assess very quickly. The problems were explained and shown to us. We were given many options for replace and repairs. Ultimately we decided to replace. Andy,Gavin & Seth showed up quickly with all parts and tools ready to go. These guys were great! Kind, helpful, and patient with us and our questions. Even took the time to acknowledge our dogs begging for attention :) They took care when bringing things in and out of the home and removed all trash after. They explained any problems they ran into and informed us prior to making any changes. Minimally invasive when having to make cuts into the drywall for duct work. They replaced the thermostat and helped us set it up. They made sure all things were good to go before leaving. Thank you guys for braving the storm to change our furnace/AC units Thank you Andy, Gavin & Seth

    Water tank

    Went with a rental water heater from aireone. Was super surprised at how professional they two gentlemen were, Allister and Darren. Will use for future services

    The men did a fantastic job, worked fast and did a good clean up. Very polite and explained our new products to us an detail.

    New furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater

    We recently needed our furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater replaced within a very short timeline. It happened! Right from the technician who we first contacted ( Eric?) to Matthew, the salesman, to the installers,Andy and Alex, we had great service. We felt each person was up front with what they could and could not do and certainly knew what they were doing. They were knowledgeable , professional and did a great job of cleaning up. Matthew was excellent at getting back to us when we had a question. Andy and Alex went above and beyond to make things happen. Highly recommend based on our experience

    Humidifier

    We’ve now used Aire One for our new furnace, a/c and today a humidifier. Excellent products, wonderful service and competitive pricing. Technicians are wonderfully helpful with instructions and explanations. Service is prompt and efficient! Staff could not be more helpful!

    Furnace service and repair

    Amazing service, David from Aire came out late on Sunday night which in itself was amazing service and went on to diagnose and repair my furnace extremely quickly and effectively. He even took the time to share with me some helpful tips to help maintain and optimize the performance of my furnace to get maximum Efficiency from it.
