    Broken Equipment

    Switched from Reliance because Aire One had better financing options. We bought a new A/C, Furnace, and hot water (rental). The first time we turned on the A/C, water flooded out basement. They came to fix it. The furnace lasted a year and then broke. They charged us almost $200 to come fix it. I expected better service and better equipment.

    Furnace installation

    Very friendly and knowledgable in his work. Explained all the work he did to us. Made sure they covered the steps and walkway to the furnaceroom to protect carpet. Very pleased with the whole experience. Bill and Chris were both great! Would highly recommend the Company and the Installers to my friends and family

    Furnace/heat pump installation

    Aire One’s communication regarding the scheduled appointment was excellent and appreciated, including the day ahead phone call (to confirm costs, payment details and service time) and text/email notifications of the technician’s name and departure time the morning of. Andy and Alex (as well as co-op student Steve) were very friendly and courteous, and we appreciated their adherence to COVID protocols and attention to the use of cloths for flooring protection as well as their cleanup upon job completion. Their installation progressed in a timely manner with no perceived difficulties. They welcomed any questions or observations, and patiently tolerated several interruptions from an overly friendly and curious cat who escaped containment several times. Alex was clear and patient with his explanations on use of the app and thermostat. He followed up promptly with a billing clarification. As well he thoroughly reviewed details of paper and electronic information requiring signatures. Andy clearly explained and demonstrated use of the furnace after the job was completed, responding well to all questions. Both men were professionally efficient and competent in their work, and very pleasant on a personal level. Many thanks to you both for a job well done. My only issue is with this review process… I am not a client of Google, Facebook OR Homestars, and am NOT interested in opening an account with any of them! And

    Furnace and ac replacement

    We had Mike and Owen in to replace or furnace and AC unit. They were super quick, very professional and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them to any one that needs work done

    Furnace inspection

    Troy from Aire One inspected my furnace. He walked me through the whole process and it was very informative. he gave some useful suggestions Would definitely use these guys again in the future.

    Installation of hot water heater

    Cesar and James came to our home with proper Covid protection and installed a new hot water heater. They werw both very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. After the unit was installed they explained all of the safety features and some of the other components of the hot water heater. Thank you again Cesar and James, you arw definitely 5 star material!

    Terrible experience

    In spring of 2021 we went to Aire One to install an air conditioner because they had the make we were looking for. In June we enrolled into their furnace maintenance plan and in November they came for the first maintenance. From entering our house the technician started with selling services/ products attitude. He asked if we can switch the renting of the water heater to them; The next question was how old was our furnace. As soon as he heard the age he commented that it would had been cheaper if we bought the AC and furnace together…? ..and then the “maintenance” started. He spent more than an hour there and when I went to check on him he said that he did a test and he found 10 ppm CO. Also he pointed at a tin taped hole in the exhaust pipe, which was drilled by a “licensed” technician previously, which, unfortunately, we never noticed and sought responsibility for. The third was missing a gas tag, which we are sure we had it attached to the appliance and probably was gone during the AC installation. Anyway, we were given to sign an infraction paper and got the furnace shut off. The technician gave us the options to either do the repairs or or get a new furnace. He was ready to make an appointment for us with a selling person. We went with repairs, we got a new heat exchanger and bought a new tag. Unfortunately the next technician said that the drilled hole repair is going to be complicated because they have to change the whole exhaust piping which runs across our closed ceiling basement. It would have been two technicians job ($199 /hr) and it could have taken several hours to complete on top of the cost of the material…We are dealing with this issue now, in disbelief of what was inflicted upon us just from inviting Aire One for simply maintenance! We had a terrible experience; disappointment is just an understatement! As a comment to the owner’s response: We paid $683.65 associated with the new heat exchanger (our was still under warranty)and for the gas test tag. Now the estimate for the exhaust piping replacement is around $1,500. All this came from nowhere just because we invited Aire One into our home!

At Aire One our #1 priority is our customer's safety and we are very happy we found the CO leak in your home and kept you and your family safe. Immediately after our diagnostic of your 2004 carrier furnace we recommended getting pricing on a new unit, and this outcome is the exact reason why. Fixing an old furnace is a BAND-AID and will eventually, whether tomorrow or 3 years from now, need additional repairs. You CHOSE to repair your equipment despite our professional recommendations to replace it with new equipment with warranty. You received $750 of FREE parts and labor with your plan that you had only actually paid $118.86 for. In regards to the venting, Aire One is not responsible for the holes in the venting as we never serviced your furnace previously and it is against TSSA code to drill and tape over a hole in the exhaust vent. Any licensed technician can correct the infraction, and we encourage you to get other quotes for the repair if you are dissatisfied with ours.     New furnace

    old furnace died and was without heat. Bill and Zak did the tear out and install of the new one. Did good work. Friendly, no issues with the install. Fast service and explained everything well.

    Furnace replacement

    HVAC replacement / installation

    Alex and Flo did the installation quickly and without any mess.They were knowledgeable and professional and went over all aspects. I would recommend them highly and would use them again. Great job.
