    Pool heater

    great job! They were quick and fixed the job were the other guy couldn't. On time and efficient. Would definitely get them back again . Weekends work great for our family.

    Air conditioning service

    Service man came into my house wearing the proper PPE due to COVID-19 and I very much appreciated that. He found the problem without issues repaired in a timely manner. He was very polite and cleaned up after himself. would recommend the Service man that came to my house.

    Great install

    Jason, who did the installation, was friendly, professional, fast and even got here early. Demonstrated how the unit works clearly. Would recommend this company and technician. Now it's making me add more words to accept my review.

    AC & Furnace tune up

    I have a maintenance plan with AireOne and for the first time, I had my appointment for a tune up after I signed up last year. I am very satisfied with the service. The Technician Hamed was very professional, mace prepared to handle the pandemic time are facing these days. I would have given 5 starts but only one detail is missing which is an annual reminder for the service call. An email would have been sufficient but, in general great company to deal with. Keep up the good work!

    Had an annual ac tune up and inspection

    Furnace Parts Warranty

    My furnace company went out of business and Aire One was recommended to replace a part on my furnace that was under warranty. The maintenance person (Dave) was very knowledgeable, curtesy and helpful. He noticed another part (under warranty as well) and that was changed for just their labour and service fees. He arrived later then the time I was told but was quick, clean and all the work was completed that day.

    Service

    Straightforward. One issue to take care of which was done promptly. The technician communicated what he had to do and what needed to be looked after. He was courteous and cleaned up after completing the job.

    Furnace replacement

    We needed a furnace replacement and from service call to replacement , the process was complete within a day. Dave and Mike arrived promptly and completed the installation with minimal disruption to our day. Quick and courteous service. Would recommend.

    Check furnace

    Service was suberb. Dave arrived at our house on a Sunday within 2 hrs of our call. Furnace had stopped during the night. He was able to rectify the problem immediately and got us back in service. Also went out of his way to check entire system inside and out to make sure all was good. Dave is a very friendly caring young man who took great lengths to explain the entire situation to us while demonstrating the highest level of safety during this virial war Highly recommended.

    Annual Furnace, AC & HWT Service

    Professional, knowledgeable, efficient: all things Dave was in taking care of an annual service for vital utility in our home. He went above and beyond providing extra confidence knowing we have the right company taking care of our HVAC & HWT. Thank you! Follow up appointment completed by Hamed to replace the furnace collector box was as exemplary.
