    Furnace trouble

    Furnace Filter change burned out the fuse inside the furnace, stopped working. The technician got it going within half an hour. Early morning visit was within 1 hour of me calling the support staff. Very good job.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner annual maintenance

    Service technician was very respectful of the safeguards that needed to be in place to maintain the quarantine requirements during our Covid 19 pandemic; mask, gloves, safe distance. When finished he took the time to explain everything that had been done. When asked, a recommendation was given to cover the top of the air conditioner unit next fall for the winter. Monthly payments are made that include this service and filters.

    Furnace not working.

    The best customer care so far. From call made to completion. No wait times. Human on the other side of the call. Vahid the technician very friendly, clean and professional. Briefed us on the problem, took precautions as to safety of the residents needed during the COVID 19 pandemic. Cleaned up before leaving. Answered other questions related to safety and working of the furnace and the thermostat. Thank you. Great job!

    Furnace A/C and Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Dave and Flo were friendly and professional. They made sure the job was done right with attention to detail. Now the furnace room looks great with the new equipment and we won’t worry about it breaking down. Thanks a lot guys.

    Annual AC Inspection

    Service Technician showed up between set hours. Super friendly gentlemen too!! Purchased our system 3 years ago and the customer service has been awesome. Would highly recommend them to family and friends. Support Local !!

    Furnace condensation pump replaced

    After finding water on our basement floor under the furnace, we called AireOne who responded within approximately 2 hours. The service man arrived, 'social distanced' within our home, checked the pump and confirmed it had not been changed when the new furnace was purchased from Aire One in February. He then quickly and courteously replaced the pump.

    Essential Service

    I am so thankful to Aire One for remaining open and supporting those of us who are asked to stay home during the pandemic. Today our furnace failed while my daughter and wife were at home. I called Aire One Kitchener and spoke to their dispatch... not an automated answering service, but an actual human who gathered all the necessary details in order to prepare for the home service. The Technician (Bill) arrived promptly on time and was already aware of my situation. He immediately and efficiently set about diagnosing the root cause of the problem. Within minutes Bill had repaired my furnace, verified the controls and measured the emission. I was very impressed with his thoroughness, professionalism and attention to detail. A big thank you to all at Aire One for coming to work and providing us with their essential service during these challenging times.

    Fast, efficient, knowledgable service

    Mackenzie, Ryan and Adam from Aire One scheduled us in quickly, presented all our options and costs with no pressure and allowed us to make our decisions and then sprung to action when our furnace quit on us before we were ready. The installation of air con, furnace and water heater during the Covid19 crisis was quick, clean and non-disruptive to us working from home. They were really nice to us and more importantly to each other during the job. They were here early and Furnace and water works well so far. Can’t wait to try the air con. Great job! Very much appreciated.

    Air Conditioning

    Rick was very helpful and informative when we were obtaining A/C quotes. Tariq and Dave did a great job installing the outside condenser unit exactly where I wanted it and made a few requested changes at the furnace without so much as a single complaint. They were all professional and courteous and I would highly recommend their company when considering A/C.

    New Furnace and A/C Install

    Rick came out to give me an estimate and was very friendly and professional. The price was extremely competitive! They scheduled the install the next day. Eric and David were there are 8:30 am to do the install and were excellent! They put down matts to ensure they didn't leave a mess. They explained how to use all the equipment and answered all of my questions. I'm very happy with the end to end service I received and would highly recommend the Aire One team!
