    Furnace cleaning

    The gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very polite and clean . He was efficient and punctual. He was thorough and reassuring about the life and make of the furnace

    custermer service

    Came in to aireone heating & cooling for humidifier filters found what I was looking Jason was helpful and deserves a raise looking forward to the service call on Monday for maintenance

    Furnace tune

    The technician Peter was very professional and went over step by step everything he was doing! All in all an excellent job! Thank you Aire One! I would highly recommend Aire One to everyone!

    Furnace service

    In spite of a few issues I really recommand AireOne to anyone. They did a really good job replacing the board on my York furnace in November 9 when outside were like -10 Celcius degrees and it eas almost 11:00 pm.

    Installation of a humidifier.

    Technician (Chris) was knowledgable, experienced and very pleasant. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained the functioning of the newly installed humidifier. This is my second opportunity to use Aire One and have nothing but favourable comments about their service responsiveness and highly impressed with their technicians.

    Furnace Maintenance

    Great service as always! Back for our yearly furnace tune up and check. Peter was great! Efficient, polite, thorough and very informative. Had all the information and brought the 2 filters as requested. Always refer and share our positive experiences about Air One.

    Great service

    The service call was to install a humidifier in the forced air system and to do mainenance of furnace. The service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Everything I needed to know was explained clearly. Great communication and workmanship. We have noticed a difference in air quality after just one day.

    New Furnace installation

    Signed up to replace our old furnace, was installed 5 days later, a motor did not work, was replaced the next day and appears to work well. The sales consultant, the two installers and the repair technician were all very polite, knowledgeable and very helpful.

    Removing and re-installing air conditioner

    We needed to have our air conditioner removed and re- installed because of a project we were doing in the backyard. The office staff, Jason, was very helpful and understanding. He gave me the options price and timing. We were able to have Bill come to the house within 48 hours so that our project could continue without delay. Bill was wonderful courteous, and professional. He listened to our needs, made some suggestions and quickly got to work. He was very efficient and the work was quick completed. Bill cleaned up the site and our project went on without any problems. a Special thanks to Bill and Jason, and of course Aire One.
