    Jason was very friendly and helpful. Was greeted very professionally and got everything that I needed with 3 minutes. I would highly recommend anyone to come and see Jason for any of your needs!

    Professional Service

    I was able to schedule a furnace inspection within 5-days of calling. The day before the appointment, I received a message indicating the timeframe in which to expect the technician. He was very professional and brought a pair of booties to cover his outdoor footwear. After completing the service work, he showed me how to operate the humidifier, reviewed the inspection checklist with me and asked if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Aire One Heating & Cooling.

    Jason was friendly and patience to explain the kind of filters I need it for the furnace on my new house. Explain different services they offer to mantain my furnace on top condition. Happy!

    Service

    I came in to pick up filters for my furnace unit, Jason was very helpful knowledgeable and able to get me my filter in a quick fashion.. would recckmend aireone to anyone

    Furnace filters

    Very welcoming and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood what they were telling me. They also offered several other helpful services that I will be sure to use.

    furnace blowing cold air

    I had to call aireone for emergency checkup of my furnace when I noticed cold air coming out for entire day on weekend. with temperature dipping to near zero , aireone was quick to send someone with in an hour to take a look at the problem.The service technician was very friendly exactly knew what are points to look at and with in 5 -10 min was able to identify the problem was with pressure relief valve. Since original part was not available technician was able to place temporary valve for providing heat for the weekend and also assured me a new original part # valve would be put back on furnace free of cost by their technician next business day. It was great to meet very friendly interaction, quick and very resourceful knowledgeable person.

    Furnace and A/C Tune-up

    Great experience from booking the appointment with Dave to the Technician Peter. Both explained the services, cost and were knowledgeable when I asked questions. Aire-one installed our AC Unit last spring, we were happy with the Salesman and Installer. Would recommend Aire-one.

    Pleased with new furnace and AC

    Had a new furnace and AC installed in fall 2016 after my AC stopped working and system was 20+ years old. Installer was helpful, accommodating with the install and working within the limitations of my condo rules. Made two install trips, one to get the AC back up and running, and a second one to finish venting the furnace after signoff from the condo corp. Also had service visit from James who provided helpful feedback on maintenance and was right on time for the service window provided.

    Excellent

    Full service company. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff both in office and field. Always timely and efficient. Fully explain service and results. Equipment is well maintained and updated as required.

    Furnace service

    The service was fine, but the hours are not very friendly for people who work standard 9 to 5. I'm a contractor, so when I don't work, I don't get paid. I requested the first morning appointment so that I could get to work at a reasonable time, but the technician arrived at 11:00 am. I lost 3.75 hours of pay. I'd like to suggest you do service calls one evening a week or Saturday mornings like many other companies do. This would be a great help for people in my situation.
