    18 strange street

    We had a furnace installed last year which is working wonderfully. we just had a yearly maintanence and diagnostic done and the technician was very polite and informative. Thank you for beating our home. We hope all our future expierences with your company are as pleasant as this one

    A wonderful company..courtreous and professional service

    The employees and technicians were courteous and accommodating. I had a furnace issue and they found a way to schedule an appointment at the last second! I would highly recommend Aireone to my friends Thank you Aireone

    inspection

    the young man was very good took time to explain everything very pleasant experience..he took his time and didn't rush, very polite I would recommend the service to anyone very pleased over all..

    air-one fast

    air - one will be installing a York high efficiency furnace on Tuesday November 7 2017 I would like to thank Kevin at air -one for his fast response to my concern and his dedication to his customers

    furnace and ac check up

    I was more than happy with the service provided. The technician was very polite and explained everything to me. He also explained the cost of the filters and a new thermostat

    New furnace and air conditioner

    People are very helpful in explaining about there products. My husband and I seem to be happy so far with the new furnace and air conditioner. We have had small issues with both the air conditioner and furnace but I guess according to Aire One Staff the issue with the products are either manufacturing issues or issues that are common.

    Furnace breakdown

    We have been generally pleased with Aire One service. We contacted Aire One in the wee hours of the morning as our furnace would not fully ignite. Unfortunately the message did not get through to the day staff so service was initially delayed. This in no way effects our satisfaction with the service we receive. The technicians have been knowledgable & efficient as well as informative.

    Aireone furnace maintenance

    I had regular furnace pre season check by Air One Kitchener. Service technician Peter was very professional, explained all aspects of checks that were performed. He answered all questions in a very helpful manner. I would highly recommend him as a technician.

    furnace check and new hot water tank

    Very professional.Knew his job and was most helpful to answer our questions.We felt that we would be well looked after by this tech.and the company.We will certainly tell our friends about the great service we receive today.

    Furnace Tune-up and maintennace

    Just wanted to say thanks to aire one team. It was very efficient and fast service and my furnace is now ready to go for winter. Special Thanks to Brady the service manager that made the process so easy and efficient.
