I have nothing positive to say about this company. They made our move very difficult and we had many problems. You would be wise to use one of the many other moving companies in Toronto.

The service received exceeded our expectionations of a mover. The staff was always able to answer all of our questions without hestiation. They broke a piece of glass which was repaired at no cost to us and delivered back in a timely manner. We were very happy with the work that was completed by Ultimate Movers and would highly recommend them to anyone that is moving.

We contacted Ultimate Movers to assist our mother with her moving needs. Since we are in the USA it was very difficult to assist with this move. Keith came out to give us an estimation which was very accurate. Ultimate Movers did a full service move including taking the sheets off our mothers bed and remaking it on the other side. They arranged a cleaning lady on both sided to clean up and do a full set up of our mother's belongings. Great service was offered and completed. We would like to thank all that was involved in making this a easy transition for our mother. Take care and god bless you all. Thank you!

This is our second move with Ultimate Movers and they have treated our family with excellent service. The customer service is great at the crew is terrific. Keith came out to do an estimate a month before we moved and after we booked promptly brought our boxes to our house. The movers did a wonderful job of keeping all our items safe and insured everything was wrapped up. It came in handy as they were in a small accident (not the drivers fault at all) and our possessions all made it to our new house in one piece. The movers were polite, respectful and really great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone!

Moving is stressful!! But John and the boys really helped make it as painless as possible. They were prompt, hard-working, and helpful. The quote was accurate, and the administration office was wonderful to deal with. Happy to recommend this company.

I moved with Ultimate Choice near the end of May. I mostly dealt with Michelle back and the office and she is very pleasant. Keith came out to give an estimate, another time to drop off moving supplies, and another time a couple of weeks after my move when they found some shelves that I couldn't find and they ended up having. Good service. If you get an estimate in person it locks your rate in +/- 15% which ended up being to my benefit as the move took 6.75 hours instead of 5 (lots of small boxes and one tricky couch). The crew were all friendly and took care with my possessions. There are three reasons I'm not giving a 10 on this: - the crew showed up 45 minutes late and I didn't get a call (booked a 10am start time to avoid rush hour even) - they damaged a leg of my couch (big chunk of wood fell off which I'll attempt to glue back on) - I booked this a month in advance and was told that they were working on accepting credit cards and that it should be ready in a week. I called the day before my move to check (so that I didn't pack my cheques just in case) and they were still "working on it" I'd actually give an 8, which to me is a really good score, but I seem to be more of a hard-ass marker than everybody here. But to me 10 should be reserved for perfect. But don't get me wrong - I'd use them again in a second, and recommend them to anybody. They were definitely cheaper than other places I called around to, were very friendly, and cared about my possessions.
