Timea had provided excellent service all the way; she was courteous, efficient, reliable and very professional. The carpet installers were very polite and helpful. They moved all of the largest and heaviest furniture for us, and like experienced movers the Alliance team had methods and devices which facilitated the moving process and protected our furniture. We had a major renovation done in our condo and lifting the carpets had turned the place into little bit of a sand storm that day. My husband left the mess, when he returned few hours later he found the heavy furniture back in place and most of the carpet laid.

We checked out Alliance based on the Homestars reviews and were pleased with both the price quoted and friendly service we received in the showroom and on quotation day. The cork floors (Torlys) were installed on the day promised, and looked beautiful upon installation. There were some minor issues that needed attention after installation, however, but we were very pleased that both Mike and Lehel came out and made a considerable effort following up to ensure that everything was done to our complete satisfaction. Alliance went the extra mile to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and we recommend them highly!

Had my engineered hardwood floors replaced by Alliance. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Timea and Lehel answered all of my initial questions very thoroughly and with much patience. Mike took care of all the finer details and handled all of our follow up questions. And finally, Wally and Thomas did a great job installing the flooring. I commend all of them for doing a very professional, outstanding job and would use them again for any future flooring needs. It's obvious they take customer service and satisfaction very seriously.

As a widow with limited funds, I was very happy to be able to change the nasty old carpet in the bedrooms of our newly purchased townhouse with new, gleaming hardwood floors, for a reasonable amount of money. Timea was wonderful right from the start. She recommended a close out hardwood floor that they have, that looks beautiful, but cost only half it's original price. Alliance recently installed approximately 900 square feet of laminate flooring in our basement. It was a pleasure dealing with Lehel and Timea for this job. Their showroom has a large selection of flooring options and they are extremely competitive in price. The installation was performed flawlessly and was completed in one day. I would gladly recommend Alliance to any of my family and friends.

This was our second time using Alliance - which in itself says a lot! This time was a basement storage room - we had a mid level product installed. Customer service was top notch, installation was quick and professional and the floor looks beautiful.

I bought my floors at Alliance Floor Source and had a flooring guy unaffiliated with Alliance install the floors. The floors were done terribly! I contacted Alliance and they assisted me in finding a reputable individual to fix the floors. The person they recommended did a fantastic job! They were also incredibly kind and helpful when I called to ask MANY questions throughout my renovation. I would very much recommend working with/buying from Alliance Floor Source.

After some shopping around I am very happy that I have found Alliance Floor Source. The showroom is full of displays; there are a lot of options to select from. Timea and Lehel were great helping to choose the perfect product; the prices were more than competitive. I already recommended them to my friends, and I will use their services again soon!
