We are about as un-handy as you can get, and were a bit frightened of attempting renovations. Lehel was very helpful in selecting a flooring product and recommending a contractor to remove a wall/sliding door. Both the contractor and Alliance did exactly what they promised on schedule and the experience was completely problem free. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

I went to three other places for my carpet. I was looking to sell my home and bring some life to my lower-level rooms in my townhouse. Lehal offered multiple suggestions, even if it meant that he would sell a less expensive product. He was proactive, informative and very honest when it came to choosing the carpet and offering installation plans. The installation was done extremely well and any apparent shortcomings that I saw were immediately addressed. They took their time and did a very good job. We found Alliance Floor Source through Homestars when looking to buy a hardwood floor. Lehel and his staff did a great job to see to it that we enjoyed a very comfortable buying experience; from making the right choice by providing good advice, to not pushing a sale as well as by seeing to it that the price was right. Upon request we received a fully detailed proposal, which we much appreciated. At this stage we have bought the floor in order to meet the February 1, 2010 deadline and we will get back to Lehel to have the floor put in when convenient to us. Also in this respect he is flexible and very client friendly. We definitely recommend buying flooring from Alliance Floor Source.

I was referred by my contractor to Alliance. After visiting a great number of flooring stores, I was exceptionally pleased with the prices at Alliance. Lehel was patient and found a suitable product at an acceptable price point and was extremely helpful and thorough with his explanation of installation. He drew diagrams and walked me through the process so that when it came time to installation, I was able to do it with greater confidence and knowledge. I would certainly recommend this store to others and intend on visiting them again when the need arises.

My sister and I hired Alliance Floor Source to install hardwood floors on second floor 3 bedrooms and stairs, also for reinstalling carpet in basement bedroom. We had a deadlines, because we were moving shortly. Lehel and his team did all work right on time and with a good quality. It was overall a great experience and I will definitely recommend people to them without hesitation.

Alliance was helpful from the start with suggestions for various types of wood flooring we were looking for. Their showroom had all the samples to choose from. An engineered oak floor was what we settled on and pricing was very competitive. Well done!

Alliance Floor Source proved to be a good fit , chosen after carefully reading the Homestars reviews. Professional service from the first visit at the showroom, removing the old hardwood, determining a new subfloor was needed and scheduling it without down time through to the installation of the new red oak hardwood. It was particularly pleasing to work with people who were proud of their workmanship and open to any concerns.Will recommend to others.
