Alliance Flooring did a great job replacing the carpet in my small condo. Even though it was a small renovation, they provided excellent flooring and installation at a very reasonable price. They were prompt, professional and courteous. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends.

I bought a 12 year old house and had parket on the second floor. Lehel from Alliance Floor Source visited me to do free estimate on replacing my parket with new hardwood. He gave me a lot of suggestions and consulted what's the best and most efficient way to do it. After I agreed on price Lehel's professionals arrived and did very good job and what really impressed me was the way they left my house taking all the construction garbage and cleaning/polishing the floor. When I went upstairs the floor was shiny and clean without a spot or dust. The subfloor was screwed everywhere so the floor was not making sounds anymore when you step on it. I had other company doing my floors in the previous house and believe me there's no way you can compare the level of service and quality. My best friend changed his floors with Home Depot team and was not happy as well. Alliance Floor Source is the most professional flooring company I came across so far.

I needed a total of 7 boxes of laminate floors, and Alliance Flooring was able to get me the specific code and colour of the floor I was looking for. I did a lot of research in the internet and it was the only flooring store able to supply me with the specific colour of floors. The prices are good as well. I recommend this flooring store, but ask for Kyle to make sure you get the best customer service that truly listens what you need. The name of the person I dealt was Kyle, great custoemr service

We hired Alliance Floor Source to gut out our old 20 year old Living Room carpet and install a new Mercier Red Oak Hardwood Floor. The entire process was a positive one. Not only did they go out of their way to accomodate our schedule, they even provided us with the name of a reasonably priced painting company so that we could have the entire common area painted prior to the actual install. That saved us a lot of time and allowed us to move up our scheduled install date to avoid paying additional HST related costs. The install was excellent and included the removal and disposal of the old carpet, screwing down the subfloor and installing the floor and baseboards. I have nothing but good things to say about Lehel, Kyle and the rest of the staff. I will certainly use them again if we decide to put hardwood flooring on our second floor.

We hired Alliance Floor Source after a great deal of online research and visiting showrooms to meet with representatives of different companies. The work to be done included resanding of existing hardwood, installing and sanding new hardwood, and installing carpeting. We decided on Alliance and are very pleased with the decision. The service was excellent. The work was very good. The price was very reasonable. What more could we ask for? Thanks Lehel, Timea, John and others.

We contacted Alliance after reading many positive reviews online. We were not disappointed! From our very first visit to the showroom, Timea was extremely helpful and gave us valuable advice that helped narrow our choice of floor. While we visited many other flooring specialists, nothing matched the customer service we recieved at Alliance. After we chose our flooring, Lehal guided us every step of the way and was always attentive to our needs. The installation went extremely smoothly, and was completed in 3/4 days. This included making sure our floor was perfectly flat (and grinding or adding concrete if not), laying the cork underlay, and finally the beautiful hardwood. We covered approximately 600 square foot in total, and the finished look is fantastic. We feel very lucky to have found Alliance Flooring and would highly recommend them!

After some initial shopping we decided on Alliance Floor Source because of the professionalism and honesty of salesperson Kyle.Next the installation was done by Jozsef who is in my opinion is one of the best in the business.In both cases our small project was treated with the same enthusiasm as one would only expect from a larger project.This has been a very positive experience that we can only hope other people will get from these reviews.Keep up the good work and the success can only grow.

The entire process of selecting, measuring, scheduling, preparing, installing, and follow-up was extremely well handled by Lehel and his staff. With Lehel's guidance, we chose laminate for most of the basement, along with carpet for the stairs and media room. Alliance coordinated the scheduling of contractors to prepare an uneven concrete floor for the laminate, and to install the flooring materials. Through effective communication between ourselves and the various contractors, everyone was punctual, clean and courteous. The results were just excellent. Afterwards, Lehel came to check that everything was done to his standards and that we were completely satisfied. There is no hesitation on my part to recommend Alliance for carpet and laminate.

I've gone through about 4 hardwood installers in some previous renovations, and Alliance is the best of the bunch by far. Very competitive pricing, and incredible flexibilty and accomodation. I changed the schedule on this at the last minute multiple times, and they never complained. My final change was to ask for installation ASAP, and their crew was here the next day. The crew itself was very clean, professional, did an excellent job and even advised me on a few small things I could to fix up some other minor finishing issues around my house. An easy and whole whole hearted recommendation!
