    Wood floor throughout the house (main floor and basement)

    After gutting a bungalow, we started putting it Ave together. We shopped around and settled upon Alliance for our floors. Service was great - knowledgeable, options clearly outlined, they made sure we understood what we were ordering, provided great advice and delivered on time. Installation Craftsmanship was excellent. Pricing was competitive without having to ask. Friendly and responsive service. I would recommend to close family and friends.

    Wood Floor Installation

    If anyone is looking to install new flooring Alliance Floor Source is the place to go. They are very knowledgeable and professional, and do their very best to accommodate you - I had to delay my installation and it all worked out beautifully.   Timea also helped me with choosing the wood floor tile, and answered all of my questions. Alliance Floor Source can also refer you to an  excellent installer. Their product is Superb, as is their Customer Service -  I am very happy that my installer recommended them to me!

    Third time is the charm!

    It's the third time we use Alliance for a flooring project, reasonable charge, great selection of material, great customer service, quick and smooth installation, if we need to do another project, we would definitely use them again!

    NEW ENGINEERED HARDWOOD FLOORS

    I had a very short window between closing on my condo and my move-in date. The floors had to be replaced, and it had to be done before my furniture was moved in. Lehel and Timea were amazing throughout the process. At at time when stock and contractors were difficult to come by because of supply chain issues due to the pandemic, they made sure everything got done in plenty of time. They were both very knowledgeable, and Lehel was extremely patient answering my zillion questions. The floors are beautiful and were done efficiently. I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending them, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

    Hardwood and vinyl

    Amazing service throughout the entire process! We are so happy with our hardwood and vinyl flooring. Timea and Lehel were both so helpful and knowledgeable. Would absolutely work with them again.

    Excellent Floor Store

    Thank you Alliance Floors for my new condo kitchen floor. It’s high quality and looks amazing Job was done to perfection. Installers came on time and finished quickly. I highly recommend dealing with this company.

    Vinyl Plank Flooring + Subfloor Prep

    We chose Alliance because of the excellent reviews on Homestars and were not disappointed. Timea helped us pick a high quality vinyl plank flooring product and was always responsive to our questions and concerns--in person and on the phone. After purchasing the flooring (which we intended to install ourselves), we discovered an issue with the plywood subfloor. It was very uneven. Our general contractor made it much worse by incorrectly applying concrete self-levelling compound and leaving us with a concrete mound in the centre of our living space! We were distraught. I got in touch with Alliance again. Lehel paid us a visit and, after assessing the floor, sent someone to fix the problem. He removed all of the concrete (quickly and with little mess) and sanded the plywood subfloor until it was much closer to being flat. Given that we were unable to get it perfectly flat, and that this would mean a more challenging installation, we decided to hire installers recommended by Lehel. They did a fantastic job. Their cuts were incredibly precise, including around our kitchen island which was installed prior to the floor (see pics). And all of the work (subfloor prep + install) was done at a very reasonable price. We'd highly recommend Alliance, especially because of the fantastic service all around. They are honest, straightforward and very knowledgeable about flooring. They made a stressful situation much easier for us.

    Complete Flooring

    We purchased hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl flooring and broadloom from Alliance for the main floor and upstairs of our home. It was a pleasure to deal with Timea and Lehel. They were always friendly, courteous and helpful and certainly patient. They offered us high quality products at very reasonable prices that fit within our budget. The time frame they provided for the installation was perfect for us to get the house ready. True to their word the installation occurred right on time. This was a big job with the removal of old hardwood, broadloom, vinyl and ceramic tile along with and installation of all new flooring. The quality of the work done by the installers was excellent. The job was done cleanly especially the hardwood. The carpet installer was a knowledgeable and experienced craftsman of his trade. Timea and Lehel made certain that any issues were dealt with promptly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
