I just had my entire roof (pitched and flat) reshingled and eaves trough replaced by Alpine Roofing and I can't be happier. The crew was very considerate. They did a thorough clean up after the work was completed. They worked so hard, from dawn to dusk, so I could get a new roof quickly. They replaced all the rotted wood and fixed whatever previously not done properly. Alpine Roofing is now my roofer of choice and I've so far recommended them to all of my friends and neighbours and the people I know who are in need of the service of a roofing company. Alpine sales and service was knowledgeable and pleasent. The roofers were very conscientious in ensuring my odd shaped roof would not have issues. I was pleased to climb up on my roof with the roofers to see all that was done to ensure I would never have issues. Thank you Alpine!

The crew showed up when Derek said they would and the roof was finished that day. I was very satisfied with workmanship and the fact that they did what they said they would do with no problems.

After several over the phone and over-priced quotes we decided to call 1 more company. We contacted Alpine and Derek was at our house at 9:00 pm the next night. He was very assuring that the work was to be quick and well done .The quote was very much in our budget and the job was well done. As for the crew I can say without hesitation, they were outstanding.They also ensured the property was cleaned up very well. They did a quick walk around with me to make sure everything was ok. I will be in contact with Derek for more work in the future.

Derek gave us an excellent quote for new shingles and took care of us from start to finish in a timely manner. He was professional and always returned our calls. We will definitely use Alpine again!

We got quotes from three vendors and chose Alpine based on recommendations and price. We own a semi, and they had done our neighbours' roof several years ago with positive reviews. The company rep was responsive in meeting with us and in providing a quotation. We are very pleased with the workmanship on the roof overall. The finished look is very attractive and exactly what we had hoped for, and after several heavy downpours we have not had problems with the roof in any way. The things that cause me to give Alpine a lower rating are more related to customer service than anything else: -Our back porch had shingled walls, and not knowing anything about these kinds of jobs we asked for it to be redone with shingles. The sales rep quoted it that way, but when work began the foreman suggested that aluminum siding would give us a much better look and that shingles would be problematic to install and maintain in a number of ways. We appreciated the foreman's suggestion and followed it - but wished our sales rep had been more knowledgeable to question what we were asking for and suggest different options earlier in the process. -The job was originally scheduled to take place over three days. In the first two days, the peaked and flat roof portions were fully replaced leaving only the fascia boards, soffits/aluminum and siding to complete. It took another week and a half for the crews to come in and complete this work. Despite repeated calls to the sales representative, we were not able to get a clear sense of when the crews would be coming back to finish the job. On several occasions we would be told they would be there tomorrow, only to wait and have them not arrive. -The company sent us the invoice before the job was done - in fact, while we were still waiting to know when the crews would be back to complete it. It's a small thing, but seriously - finish the job first.

I would like to applaud Alpine Roofing for their professionalism and great workmanship!! Here are some key points where they surpassed my expectations : - Promptness in returning my calls, giving an estimate, showing up on time and doing the actual work! - Their price was extremely competitive (rare for someone who has been 40 years in the business!) - David and his crew were very friendly, they were very passionate about their work. - They were very careful to clean my place and leave it as they found it! - After Sales support/service was also impeccable! Lastly, if you happen to go to their office, please ensure that you ask to meet Konstantina. She is the most charming and customer focused person I have met in a very long time! I have nothing but great stuff to say about Alpine Roofing who has been now doing this with unmatched passion for the past 40 years! I am really glad that I chose them over any one else. After the hard winter we had, my roof took a beating. I called a few roofing companies and ended up with Alpine Roofing. My parents had Alpine do their roof in the past, so I decided to give them a try. Talked to Derek and he was very helpful. Derek told me when the job will be done. I was very impressed with the crew that did our roof. Any problem I had was taken care of promptly. Would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks for a job well done.

Alpine roofing is our "go to" company for roofs. We have done three roofs over the past eight years with them already and would not recommend anyone else. They are fast, efficient, clean and do a very professional job at a reasonable price. They are very accommodating, going as far as Newmarket to do a roof for us. They were very patient in explaining things and provided good advice on the types of extras we should consider (ie ice shields etc). Our previous roof was in very bad shape and thanks to alpine we have now put the buckets and umbrellas away! Thanks to Mimi and his crew for another job well done!
