My kitchen renovation is wonderful, it is such a pleasure to be in the kitchen. Mark was always helpful, he always responded when I need information or help. Mark was great to work with. He cares about the work he does and that everything is done right. His ideas such as wallcolour and backsplash were wonderful. I look forward to having him do some more work for me. The people working with him , and the electrical plumbing and granite people were great. F.H.

We are very happy with the rennovations. Mark is excellent at providing guidance on design ideas and cost effective decisions on material and component selections. He followed through on all promises and held subcontractors accountable. Ron and his brother does excellent carpentry.

We recently redid our kids' bathroom from top to bottom. Tore out the tub and replaced it with a large shower; replaced the single vanity with a double; new toilet, lights, flooring, tiles. Mark was responsive, collaborative, meticulous. The result was a gorgeous bathroom that works great!

We recently had our kitchen and family room renovated by Ashton Renovations. This is the second time that we used Ashton Renovatoins for a major project and the quality of the work and the attention to detail was once again exceptional. Mark was always looking for the best value for us and was very cost conscious on our behalf. We would definately call Ashton Renovations for more work.

Initially I hired Ashton Renovations to perform a total interior makeover and they did such a great job that I re-hired them to completely renovate the basement. They built a new washroom, complete with a spa tub and increased the plumbing from 1/2" copper to 3/4" pex. They renovated and modernized the laundry room and created areas for a home gym and game room. Mark and Ron provided useful ideas and feedback on various materials such as insulation, floor coverings, hvac and lighting so that I could make informed decisions and the final product photos speak for themselves. I'm very pleased with the results. This is the second experience I've had with Mark and Ron now and yet again they exceeded my expectations.

Ashton Renovations transformed our newly purchased property into a comfortable and contemporary home for our growing family. The renovation included 2 entire floors of the house including the expansion of a 2 piece bathroom into an ensuite; the demolition of an existing basement and creation of an open concept space with full bathroom and laundry area; a main floor reno of living area with galley kitchen; and an updated bedroom and hallway adjacent to the bathroom ensuite. Now complete, we are more than pleased with the final results. Mark and his team helped us through the design stage and this was key to the results, which we LOVE. We especially enjoy our beautiful ensuite which is spacious and functional featuring a walk in shower with large rainhead and custom designed polished concrete bench and threshold. Our newly expanded and designed kitchen and living area is also now a more comfortable and usable space for our family to gather. The expansion of our kitchen window now allows us as well to overview our entire backyard and deck without obstructions to the beautiful view. Ashton Renovations is a company that clearly cares about their clients. They communicate well; keep the jobsite especially clean; are attentive to details; and are helpful with design and layout. Mark was always available to discuss any aspect of the project and at times I had a hard time keeping up with his schedule :) which demonstrated his commitment to doing things on time and on schedule. We look forward to working with Mark and his team again as they have made the renovation process enjoyable and have always over-delivered.

The attention to detail was excellent; they pointed out mistakes or shortcuts that other contractors had made and worked to make them right. They organized subcontractors well and ensured that all the work got done properly. Communication was excellent; they showed up on days when they said they'd show up and they were always on time. They used a combination of emails and phone calls to ensure that I was kept informed on all progress. The scope of the work included: Design and drafting, a complete kitchen replacement, new bathrooms, new flooring, staircase refinishing, paint, doors and trim, a sun tunnel installation and pot lights throughout. The final product was top notch and they were happy to return after-the-fact to fix up any issues that I had found. Working with Ashton Renovations was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend them for the quality of their renovations. Mark Ashton and Ron Sanders are skilled contractors that care about doing a good job and doing it right.

We found Ashton Renovations through the internet and were naturally scared as this was our first renovation experience. After speaking with Mark on the phone we set up our first meeting with him. When Mark came to our house he made us feel very comfortable and he was very supportive with his knowledge and expert trade opinions. Mark was always available when we would call him, we always felt that we were important to him and always spoke in terms that we understood. After the deposit was made the work started soon after. The sub-contractors had great time management skills and didn't waste time in our home. They came prepared for the day with the suppies that they need. They never complained when things were delayed in delivery. Mark always had our best interest in mind and were willing to go the extra mile to please us. The best part was that Mark and his team stayed with in the budget and on time. We appreciated all of the work that Ashton Renovations did for us and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that want reliable and beautiful work done in their home.

Ashton Renovations completed a demolition (three rooms turned into one)and kitchen renovation to my condo. The kitchen was totally re-done with new cabinets & granite countertops. Mark Ashton provided excellent service. What I appreciated most was that Mark was great at communicating every step of the way. I always knew what to expect and it was always delivered. Mark ALWAYS answers his phone - amazing! The tradespeople that Mark hires do excellent work as well. I had confidence in Mark from my first conversation with him and my confidence was justified. As a single woman taking on a major project, it was comforting to have Mark as my contractor.

We completely gutted, tore down the walls and renovated our kitchen and sun room, making our living area one large, open concept area with a 7'X4' island, Caesarstone counters, customized IKEA cabinets, custom shelving, KitchenAid and Miele appliances including an induction stoveop and a Kohler faucet. Included Marmoleum click flooring and a suspended dark grey ceiling with twig chandelier. Exactly what we imagined and even more USABLE than some "gourmet" kitchens we've cooked in.
