    Window replacment

    They installed all new windows on my custom built house and after two years no complaints. They look and fit just like the first day. John sales person is the guy to deal with no pressure any obligations, real professional. I can recommend Atlantic to anyone and in fact I already did.

    Window replacement Bay Window, 2 additional bedroom windows

    Used Atlantic Windows and Doors to replace our bay window and son and daughter bedroom. The guys who came can't remember their name were excellent I was home the entire day and they worked with a short lunch break were finished by 2pm. It has been a year no complaints on the windows. My sons bedroom window was leaking every time it rained it has been a year no leakage. We have some more windows to replace and will definitely call them to get the rest of our windows done.

    Installation of windows

    Our initial introduction to this company was with project manager Darek Dzionek. We found him very patient and professional. The actual window installers Matthew, Richard and Cris were very pleasant and professional. They took the time to explain some processes and were more than willing to answer our questions. They cleaned up the site when they were done. A good experience for us.

    Window replacements

    Atlantic replaced about 15 windows in our house. The installers were extremely professional and the job was done beautifully. There were a few minor scheduling issues that cost them a star, but overall I would recommend them to anyone.

    Windows

    We did our windows with Atlantic Windows 3 years ago and were very satisfied with their service. Their representative Andre was very professional and helpful. Installation was done quickly and completed within one day even though the weather did not agree with us and it was -10 celsius outside. The workers left the working area very clean. We are very happy with our windows and we haven't had any issues at all.

    9 Window Replacements

    We would like to express our sincere thanks to all the staff at Atlantic Windows for their incredible service, manufacturing, and installation work. From start to finish we were extremely satisfied. Our project manager Daniel was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful, which allowed us to make such a large decision with ease. Our installation team was outstanding! Our older Toronto home provided some installation challenges to say the least. Yanusz and his four crew members are true professionals! We couldn't thank them enough. They arrived promptly at 8:00am and worked diligently throughout the day until 7:00pm. They carefully removed all our old windows and the surrounding wood rott, keeping our original interior trim beautifully in tact. The team worked seamlessly together and were very clean and detail oreinted. They installed all 9 new windows with precision, ensuring that the windows were well insulated and sealed both on the inside and outside of the home. The new windows look and function beautifully. We will be recommending Atlantic Windows to all our friends and family. We are so glad we chose Atlantic Windows. The price was right, the service excellent and the installation incredible.

    Windows

    We used Atlantic 5 years ago to replace every window in our house. Three family members used them and were happy with their work. We were INITIALLY extremely satisfied with the salesperson (Andre)and the product. Then we noticed rusty water leaking into our white tiled shower which was leaving stains on the grout and caulking (window is in the shower). There was rust between the 2 panes of glass. We called customer service, they sent someone out to check it out, take pictures, etc. Following this, we were told that we did not "properly maintain" the window and therefore they would not completely cover the cost of the repair, despite the lifetime warranty. We recently sold our home and the home inspector commented that our home was "very well maintained..no problems anywhere except the bathroom window." All of the other windows in our house have no problems, have been maintained the same as our bathroom window, and our home is kept in immaculate condition. Alantic initially failed to take any bit of responsibility (the customer service person didn't even view the pics taken!)and wouldn't even consider that maybe we got a bad window. We were SO DISSATISFIED (and insulted!) by the owner's response that we called our original salesperson (Andre), who instructed us to look under the window hardware as he suspected it was rusting as they did not use stainless steel screws. Sure enough, that we looked and this was the cause of the rust. We sent him pics directly and he approached Atlantic on our behalf. We have recently heard back that Atlantic is now going to replace the window, as per the warranty. Will keep you posted on what actually happens. I think the CUSTOMER SERVICE department needs improvement. Atlantic sells a great product but when something goes wrong, they initially failed to take any responsibility until we complained to our salesperson and he spoke up on our behalf. Listening to the customer's concerns directly is an important part of customer service.

    18 windows, 1 patio, 3 door systems

    We had several issues with our install which are currently being reviewed by Atlantic. My initial e-mails and phone calls were not passed onto Ellie by the sales person which contributed to a lot of miscommunication. I am very satisfied with the interest Ellie has taked in our file and look forward to the issues being resolved. Based on the several estimates we received we decided on Atlantic due to their warranty. I am happy to know that they stand behind their product and will be fixing the problems.

    Dear Client, It is with great regret that I read your post listed above, especially since at the time you did not even notify our company of the above listed items. I will take this opportunity to clarify the situation for you. Firstly, in regards to the hardwood floors. Each installation crew is armed with drop sheets that are to be used on the interior of the home. These drop sheets should be placed wherever the crew is working/walking. The lead installer has been notified of the dirty glass that was not attended to during installation and will be returning to complete this portion of your job in the near future. For the subject of retrofit vs. brick-to-brick installation of windows. Your project was sold as a brick to brick installation with exterior capping. A retro-fit installation means that we remove the old window leaving in the existing frame, the exterior is capped to the brick and on the interior a small cove moulding is applied to conceal the insulating foam (original casing trim will remain). On a brick to brick installation, there are two exterior finishes. One option is brickmould or the other option is capping. The choice of brickmould and capping is an aesthetic option and does not dictate whether the window is being installed as a retro-fit or brick to brick. The window is removed and we go back to the 2x4 stud opening in the wall and rebuild the window in. New casing trim is applied to the interior wall finish. We pride ourselves on providing a high quality product and workmanship. I will have a jobsite inspector visit your home to verify the installation that took place. I do believe that these "contractors" thought it to be a retro-fit installation due to capping on the exterior of the window. I do not claim to know their trade well and would trust these contractors in regards to that, however we are the window experts and I am certain that if a brick to brick installation is what you were sold, then that is what you received! Please note that the installation code is written on the face of your contract beside each window. These codes refer to the 2nd last page of your contract where the installation codes are defined and you can clearly see that the install code on your project was brick to brick with exterior capping. However, as I stated, the jobsite inspector will be in touch to conduct a site visit to confirm the type of installation you received. Although we always value customer feedback, I would appreciate that in the future you contact our company so that we have an opportunity to respond before posting such accussations in a public domain. We pride ourselves and our company on conducting business honestly! Our management team is readily available to deal with any questions or concerns.

    Energy Star Windows installation

    I take this opportunity to thank the Robert Team, including Mr. Pat [last name removed--Ed], Les, Gayle, and everyone else who made the window installation in my house such a pleasure. The entire team exhibited a high degree of courtesy, professionalism, and excellent customer service. In all instances, they deferred credit to Atlantic Window & Door Inc; never once taking personal credit for their excellent service. Needless to say, I am a satisfied client and I will gladly recommend your company to all; just like my neighbour recommended Atlantic Window & Door System to me.

    Replacement windows

    In a field replete with scam artists and rip-offs as the window business, Atlantic stands head and shoulders aboye the fray. I have never been more impressed. Andre [last name removed--Ed] is exceptionally talented in product knowledge and customer service. At the time of presentation, he provides a thoroughly detailed, computer generated quotation, on the spot. No handwritten notes, nothing left to interpretation or argument - the consummate professional and a true gentleman. Their product is first class in every respect and priced well within the lower end of the range. Almost too good to be true. Their installers are equally good - on time, pleasant and professional. Probably very chatty too - if you speak their language! They took care to cover and wrap everything in sight before the dust started to fly and worked steadily and methodically till clean-up time and then actually vacuumed the driveway before leaving!. I almost wish I had more windows to change, just so I might have the pleasure of dealing with Atlantic again. At our first meeting, Andre said that we would still be friends when the job was complete - he was right. No kidding.
