We had the most pleasant experience today with Stephanie the repair technician who showed up to fix our air conditioner. I was so pleased to open the door and see that she was female in a male dominated industry. Way to go Stephanie! She was fast, attentive, and respectful of us and our home. My first call to Atlas Car was about 8:00 a.m. and our air conditioner was already fixed by 9:30 a.m.. That's great emergency service! Urgently needed to fix a furnace/AC issue (as the AC would not perform properly and we were having very hot days). We called them for an inspection. They quickly scheduled one within a couple days. The maintenance guys confirmed that our furnace fan had given up. The estimate for a new blower was not worth it. We needed a new furnace ASAP. The salesperson (Margaret) was booked that same Friday night. She was very professional, explained our options and answered all our numerous questions! We ended up signing a contract that same night for a new furnace. They managed to install it on the Monday, first thing. Great turnaround! The installers (McCloud and Vinnie) were fantastic! Very professional, clean, careful not to damage the house, super knowledgeable and full of ideas/advice! They also answered my many questions with the upmost respect and integrity. The entire process was stress-free and very well handled by Atlas! I would highly recommend their services!

My hot water heater failed after 21 years and I needed a replacement that same day. I spoke to Matt at Atlas Care, who worked hard to arrange replacement within 3 Hours of my phone call. A team of three came and removed and installed a new water heater within a few hours. The team of Anthony, Eric and Daniel were all friendly and diligent while her. The whole experience was calm and stress free. Atlas Is a company I would not hesitate recommending to anyone looking for professionalism.

I reached out to Atlas Care to replace my 20 yr+ hot water heater. I needed someone that I could trust, who would remove my old water heater and install my new one. I worked with Matt who was awesome, he contacted me within minutes of sending an email asking for information and provided detailed information and options for both rental and purchase options. I was on the fence had several questions, was back and forth and throughout the process Matt was always delightful, happy to assist and always followed up in a timely manner. Installation was super easy and seamless, the installer was friendly, professional and very detailed. Cost wise Atlas was a bit more but unlike the other suppliers their cost includes a 10 year warranty on parts AND service! I am super happy and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Dave D.and Jordan B. arrived on time and went right to work. Explained everything and answered all questions. Set thermostat, gave details on humidifier operation, gave options for venting outside, etc. Cleaned up at the end. Very satisfied - would recommend.

The salesperson and the installers were very professional and pleasant to deal with. One problem, which has also for many years pertained to the monthly service plan, is the cost -- too high! We are seniors; we asked our salesperson to increase the seniors' discount from $300. to an amount equivalent to the HST, which is now common for contractors. Our request was also based on two decades (20 years!) of loyalty to Atlas Air. The salesperson later reported back that she presented our counter-offer to the sales manager, however he declined - offering us just $200 additional discount, for a total $500. This was clearly inadequate, however our AC unit had quit, in the midst of a heat-wave, so we had no choice but to go along. Your price structure is unsatisfactory for longstanding and senior customers.

Garrett and Travis were very professional. They explained clearly what they were going to do and respected our house while they did it. I would definitely have AtlasCare back again.

I needed a new AC system as the old one that came with our house wasn't doing its job during this hot summer. Our townhouse uses a high velocity system (unfortunately)... That's another story. Anyway, I met with the sales guy Jeff Maund, and compared to another sales guy from another large HVAC company, Jeff provided me with more info. And seemed more knowledgeable. He advised that new ductwork would be put in and the evaporator coil would be installed in another location. He also did not recommend me renting the system (as opposed to the other sales guy, who was). I did some research and found that financially it makes more sense to buy/finance. I decided to go with Atlascare, even though I was with the other company since the start. On August 10 2016, Mike, Adam and Gabriel came bright and early to install the system. They were very friendly and professional. Before any work was done, they laid down their drop sheets and had booties whenever they needed to do so. All in all the work took about 5-6hrs for the new install, and when they finished they cleaned up nicely and took away all the old equipment. They also answered any questions I had. It was a great experience. Jeff also followed up with me after the install. The system worked fantastic, it actually cooled the house down during those hot humid days. It was night and day between the old system and the new one. The old one which was a 1.5t no name unit could never cool the house down past 25 degrees Celsius, and the house would still feel uncomfortably warm on the main floor and even warmer upstairs. I would have to use a fan in my room to supplement the cooling! With the new Lennox 2t unit even though on the hot humid days it would get the house down to 24 degrees Celsius and the house would feel surprisingly cool, almost cold! We really felt the difference on the second floor, and were amazed. We never knew anything different other than the old system which wasn't doing the job. On August 19th 2016, we noticed a whistling sound coming from the duct work/air handler and the house didn't seem to be cooling like it did and should. I called Atlas on Sunday evening and advised the operator of the problem, and was advised a technician would call me back within the hour, and within the hour Brendan called me back and I confirmed with him the problem I was having and he diagnosed over the phone that it was most likely the evaporator coil freezing up. He suggested that we turn off the system to let it thaw out several hours before the appointment with him. So we kept using the AC until 5am (appointment was between 12 noon and 1pm the next day). Brendan The technician came on time at around 12:30pm the next day and quickly got to work, again wearing booties inside the house whenever he needed to. He quickly noticed that a 'anti ice control' wasn't installed with the system (recommended with our tempmizer air handler). Brendan tested the Lennox unit and also advised that he would charge it up a little more with coolant. He was professional and answered all the questions I had. The anti ice control was set up and the system was tested and everything is working fine again. The new system is definitely removing any humidity/moisture 1000% better than the old system. My family and I are very happy the new system, and I am very happy that I went with AtlasCare. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have any HVAC work done on their home.

Overall a/c system purchase was average. Sales person good, after service average, I was promised a cover and never received it, when I asked about it I was given an excuse and told to contact the sales person. Best part: Air duct cleaners prompt, polite and did a great job (Deshawn & Ricardo)

I'm very satisfied with the service from AtlasCare, the technician (Alex) was really professional and before starting, he walked me trough the process and explain everything; which I really appreciated. He showed pictures before and after and the difference was amazing!
