Mark, of AtlasCare, the service thechnician, is very professional and serviced my air conditioner for its annual maintenance. He also found a part that should be replace. System now work perfectly. Very courteous and clean. Polite young men and knowledgable. I have been using AtlasCare for 35 Years.

Excellent service from sales to installers, the installers especially - very pleasant and professional, on time, quick and tidy (arrive on time, completed service time as scheduled and I am now cool).

Needed to replace a 30+ year old A/C. Asked Atlas for a quote because we had been very happy with a furnace we purchased from them some years ago plus the service has been first rate. Sales Rep. replied quickly, was very knowledgeable, and provided a written quote, which we accepted. Installation took place today without a hitch. The two technicians were very professional, courteous and hard working. A real pleasure compared to what you often are subjected to these days. I highly recommend Atlas!!!!!!

Chris W. did a great job on a maintenance visit. He checked the furnace, the A/C unit, replaced the filter, and recommended duct cleaning, explaining the reasons why. He was courteous and gave good advice.

My wife and I have been with Atlas for 40 years over 3 houses and have a maintenance plan for our furnace, air conditioner, and gas fires. Their technicians are knowledgeable , reliable, courteous and respective of customer homes. Recently Chris and Daniel came out on an emergency call for our air conditioning unit. They tracked the fault down , fixed it, changed the air filter and ensured everything was working properly , explaining everything to us in full. One emergency visit is covered as part of our annual maintenance program. Over the years we have bought an air conditioner and a high efficiency furnace through them. Very Highly recommended

I happened to be working from home and got a call from AtlasCare to schedule a requested duct cleaning; they were able to fit me in within the hour. The technicians (Garrett and Deshawn) were friendly and professional. They were respectful of our home, kept things clean and tidy, and worked efficiently. When the job was completed, I was given a walk through of what they completed. Thanks guys!

We have an annual heating & service contract with This company. We are immensely satisfied with their service, their very qualified technicians & will recommend this company to everyone who are looking for an annual contract or their products.

New furnace but was never able to run my air conditioning. Had a little trouble getting through as was weekend, but when I finally did, got a call back. Aaron figured out the problem and now itès all good!

I initially met with Jeff Maund to discuss the project and get a quote. He was knowledgeable, informative and a pleasure to work with. He asked questions and tried to understand the house to ensure I got the proper system. I had two other quotes that did not do any of the work Jeff did. The installation team was very personable, easy to deal with and extremely good at what they did. The whole job was a success. After the job was completed there was a small water leak and they were out same day to repair. My furnace has been running extremely well, low noise and much more efficient than my old one. My air conditioner has been working wonderfully also. This is a very professional company that take customer service seriously. I would highly recommend them.
