I've had all heating, AC, humidifier, duct cleaning work done with Atlas for over 12 yrs. Their prices are not the cheapest but what they are is knowledgeable, courteous, professional and prompt. For this regular maintenance Eric was my technician. As all Atlas techs seem to do, he showed up right at the beginning of the 2 hour window which is always appreciated. He was very thorough in his testing and explained everything that was done and provided helpful tips. In an industry full of frauds, Atlas is one of the honest ones.

The Duct Cleaning business seems full of rip-off artists. I hate the endless phone calls at dinner time. Well, Atlas Care are different. They look after the servicing of my air and furnace annually for years. Recently, I had them clean my air ducts after the wonder dog finally passed away. Dave and Garrett explained carefully what they would do, discussed any special concerns I had, arrived on time, did the job quickly, cleaned up after themselves and left on time and on budget. Wonderful.

The customer service I received from AtlasCare was second to none. They responded to an emergency situation with compassion and professionalism. The Director of Customer Care Nimo Mansouri went above and beyond, ensuring heating to my house was restored right away for myself and my children. I would definitely recommend AtlasCare to anyone looking for gas and heating solutions!

Found slow leak in our basement causing rust on the side of our furnace and mold on the floor. Called for a repair person (furnace less than a year old and they were the ones who installed the pvc pipe that was leaking). Was told on the phone that if they determine that it's the a/c that's the problem and not the furnace that we would be charged $149+tax for the diagnostic plus the cost of the repair. The repair itself would cost about $2 and can be done ourselves, but the point is that they should be very apologetic and fix the problem they created and clean up the mold. I even mentioned how unhappy I was to find mold in my house since I have a 4 month old baby around and they didn't seem to care. I was basically told that they would blame it on the a/c so I would have to pay. So much for a service plan and warranty!

We contacted the company as our AC did not work, there seemed to be a leek and so, Quinton came to our house, and he was excellent. He clearly explained how the system works, and the steps that should be taken to fix the problem. The problem was solved and the AC works perfectly. Quinton did an exellent job and I would gladly recommend him!

When we hired Atlas to install our new furnace we had no idea that the person who was selling the equipment had NOTHING to do with the installation or the installers. The installers made a mess of our hardwood floors and refused to fix it. They tried to cut our hardwood to make the floor openings bigger with a reciprocating saw and allowed the saw to bounce leaving nasty gouges in the surrounding hardwood. Also the salesman told us that they could install a new return vent on our top floor but what we got was a flex pipe which after a few months needed cleaning and we were not able to clean it. Believe none of what they say, they treat you like gold UNTIL they get your business.

I had a different technician this time and he was excellent. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. His name was Quinton. I told him I had a problem in the winter with northeast winds blowing across my property from a park across the road and the snow swirling around my furnace vents. The snow has to be cleared often in a big storm and he went outside with me to see if we could think of a solution to the problem so I didn't have to get up all night in a big storm to clear the snow! His idea seems reasonable and I will try it.

Alex B did a great job, knew his stuff and was very courteous and efficient. He is great advantage to your company and and will be more so in the future I am sure. Do anything to keep him with the company, you will benefit! Marty Marks

Chris Wilson was my technician that was sent by AtlasCare to do the work. He was right on time and very courteous. Chris did an excellent job on all of the equipment, explained every thing, and left all of the working areas nice and clean. I was extremely happy with the service. Sincerely , M Phipps.

Garrett was a stellar technician and company spokesman. Went above and beyond to answer all questions and worked extremely hard to finish the job on time. I would never hesitate to call Atlas for any product.
