Once again Atlas Care meets and exceeds my expectations. The crew who cleaned my ducts were cordial, quick and did an outstanding job. They saw I had a new air filter and without asking installed it and took the dirty one away. Good work and a fair price. No wonder they were recommended by a long time editor of a leading HVAC business magazine. They do all my heating and A/C service and I've never been disappointed.

My air conditioner gave up. I called at noon and the repairman was out by 4pm, same day, and my unit was back up by 5pm. The service technician, Nimo Mansouri, immediately knew what the problem was and had it repaired in short order. Service was very friendly, courteous and professional.

Denis and Stephanie got to our house when they said they would. They were careful in setting up. The carpet was put in to protect the floors. They told us everything they were doing. We had Alex and Andrew came to clean the air duct and dryer vent during the past Saturday. They arrived on time, explained the entire procedure, performed exactly what's planned, and left our house clean and tidy. I would definitely use them again and recommend Atlas to friends and family!

I have been dealing with Atlascare for the past 5 years. When it came to upgrading my furnace and air conditioner the only place I went to was Atlascare. Daniel came by to discuss options for both and explained the benefits and features of both items. On the day of the instillation we had three people show up to install the items. Dave, Carl and Haris showed up on time and were very professional. They explained how each item worked and listened to any questions I had at the time. I would recommend Atlascare as they do fantastic work.

I have an annual service contract so this call didn't cost me anything. Both Quinton G who first visited to diagnose the problem and Steven who fixed the problem were professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. We have been an Atlas customer for many years and I wouldn't ever change this because we have always been extremely satisfied with their response time, service and costs.

The sales consulant was very professional and neatly dressed. He made sure we did not purchase more features than we needed. The 3 installers arrived on time, neatly uniformed, and completed the installation in one day.They cleaned up every last scrap of debris and tested both systems. They even laid a temporary carpet on the floor into the furnace room to keep the reast of the house clean. A very professional and neat looking installation. All warranty and service aspects were fully e xpal;ined. The office processed all the grant paperwork for our signature in a timely manner.
