    sump pump replacement

    Atlas /Bosco responded within a couple of hours to sump pump not working and then returned to install a new pump. Alan and David provided excellent service and answered our questions.

    Service- Furnace & AC- AtlasCare

    I contacted AtlasCare for the following job; furnace - exhaust pipe re-connection and air conditioner suction line re-insulation. AtlasCare responded promptly to my request. The technician Neil was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and promptly took care of the repairs. Thank you Neil, and AtlasCare for the great service!

    excellent service

    I have dealt with Atlas Care for many years. Under my plan with them I am entitled to a free furnace tune up each year. This year they have moved to a new system whereby after your appointment is scheduled and the day arrives, they text you with a picture of the technician so you know who is coming. In my case my furnace pump had broken so I had to pay for that while the rest of the tune up was free. Atlas provides excellent service year after year. They are prompt and responsive.

    Troubleshooting slow leak in tankless waterheater

    Atlas Care was very responsive, promptly dispatching a service technician with excellent co-ordination of arrival using text & e-mail. The service technician, Sean, was professional, competent, and personable. Impressively, during the service call itself based on his assessment including onsite iPad photos, Sean was able to liaise with the manufacturer’s technical department to secure approval for dispatch of a warranty replacement heat exchanger. Atlas Care’s office followed-up the next day with a repair cost estimate for labour, and also scheduled a visit for a new equipment installation quote For comparison purposes as previously agreed to with Sean.

    Atlas Furnace servicing

    After a horrible experience with another company, called Atlas and had a good conversation with the scheduling person and gave me all the info I was looking for and pricing. Scheduled my appointment and was pleasantly surprised at the communication recd prior to the service - confirmation via text and email, on day of visit email and text that serviceman was on the way; he showed up during the set time window, very professional, did his work and we felt very confident in the service call. Highly recommend this company. Key points 1. Scheduled appointment and confirmed 2. Great communication prior to showing up 3. On site work well done 4. Feeling of trust and confidence in Atlas

    HVAC problem

    Jerry examined some ducts that had been blocked for years and he also tested my furnace for output. He suggested that it would be very difficult to locate the blockage since the original plans for the home were not available (it was built in 1958) and the ducts were embedded in a concrete floor. This was the advice I needed because it indicated that I should consider installing electrical heating in the room affected by the blocked ducts rather than to try to unblock them. Many thanks.

    furnace tune up

    Al, our service man, knows his stuff and was able to put our minds at ease and advise us of the condition of our heating and cooling and provide us with contact information for upgrading our units as we have an aging system, our furnaces have worked well for 25 years but are now almost ready to go to furnace heaven.

    Regular Maintenance = Good Idea!

    Been a customer for over 15 years, and have seen all manner of service people. Some were AMAZING! Some not so much. Anthony is new to the game, and he's AWESOME! One of the most thorough techs I've ever seen. Checked aspects of our system that no tech had ever checked (and I watch them all:-)). Worth every penny.

    Furnace Tune Up

    Your tech was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing each step of the way. At the end of appointment, he went through his service and clearly explained a few things to keep in mind for next time.

    Hot Water Tank

    SECOND UPDATE: 7/10 Now the rating has gone from a 4 to a 7. We got the promised $500 refund. Superior pipes are now installed. Guys were professional again and understanding of our frustration. I think a 7 out of 10 is a fair rating for OUR experience. FIRST UPDATE: 4/10 Our rating has changed from 10 to 4. The CURRENT RATING is now 4. Why? Two days after the installation a pressure valve erupted causing flooding at home. LUCKILY, we were home when it woke us up at 4am. Atlas took responsibility and fixed it. Just now, 22 days after installation the EXACT SAME THING happened. LUCKILY, we were home when it woke us up at 2 am. Can you imagine now feeling (a) Wow are we glad we were home for the flooding both times, and (b) will we ever be able to leave our home with the water system turned on (like everyone else) and not fear a flood? I'm sure you would agree that a 4 out of 10 is warranted. A week ago Atlas, to their credit, promised $500 back. Atlas, we believe you and look forward to this partial refund being put back on our credit card. This has NOT happened yet. Atlas, we also are interested in seeing what else you are going to do to pacify a customer who is generally a very loyal person in this very trying situation. ORIGINAL ENTRY: 10/10 Chris and Gary came by to install a hot water tank and showed that not everyone who does what they do is equal. They maximized the space so that everything fits safely and perfectly. Someone else would have struggled to get the right size tank into the space. They also answered all my questions and made sure my furnace is not leaking anywhere (there can be a few spots here and there and they taped up a couple of small spots). IMO Atlas Care's best strength is their workers. I hope management rewards them. And these guys were so focused yet somehow super relaxed.
