    Repair or maintain heating system: Repair; Gas fireplace
    Alec N was very professional. He attended promptly and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Hopefully I won’t need future repairs but I will hire that company again if necessary.

    Repair toilet or toilet flush: handle broken...needs replacement
    ...this company was able to do the job in a narrow time window...i appreciated that!

    Repair or maintain heating system: No heat
    Hire if you have money and time to waste, otherwise look elsewhere. Inconsistent technician quality and no urgency to get the heat back on. I was without heat for over a week. First technician was unaware of the information I put in the job posting, including the type of system I had. His visited confirmed what I told them. He didn’t have the part needed with him (which he might’ve had if he had read it). He ordered a part that took 1 week to arrive. Second technician said that was the wrong part and left after doing nothing but using my bathroom without asking. Third technician was great. He bought the right part on the way over. I had already agreed to a two person, all-day job to change a small pump. He finished in 1.5 hours and it’s working great. They are strong at HomeStars marketing. They asked for reviews after every interaction (even if the technician did nothing). They also replied in minutes to the posted job. I think that’s driving their high rating here.

    Very well organized. Initially diagnosis was difficult. Once diagnosed it was rectified. My humble advice first technician should be experienced and qualified to make the right diagnosis.

    Air cleaners and humidifiers: Diagnostic and repair; Humidifier
    They quoted $450 to replace a solenoid valve on my humidifier. The valve itself costs around $50, and the work involved is minimal - removing a few screws and reconnecting two wires. Literally. But they have a nice customer support - this is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.

    Atlas was very prompt in providing a quote and booking the repair once we decided how we were going to proceed. Jalen, the technician who did the work couldn't have been nicer ,more efficient and more accommodating in getting the job done. Everything promised was delivered. Well done!
