I have had the awesome privilege of working with Joanne of Aya Kitchens. It didn't matter how many times I would call her, she would respond very quickly. Her professionalism, mannerism and her listening skills are superb. Although my job was not considered a big one, because it was already an Aya kitchen, she was there with great ideas and her service was impeccable. She made me feel like I was spending millions. When my friends came around and visited they thought I had changed my entire kitchen. And guess what, my friend had a kitchen renovation done, as well, by Joanne. We are thrilled to bits. I am now going to do some more changes with Joanne. She is bright and shining star. I wish her well in all that she can do at Aya Kitchen.

Our kitchen looks great. With any major project things don't always go as planned but they were responsive and dealt with changes/adjustments that were required as we went along. There was one cabinet that arrived and wasn't up to the quality of the others but they offered a solid fix and let us know we could get a replacement if we weren't happy with their proposed fix.

We wanted to write a review about our kitchen and most of all our Rep. We came to Aya Kitchens looking for a kitchen for our home and we had a great rep helping us! From our initial meeting to the final day of installation Joanne Hamaway was amazing! When spending a lot of money you want great service and Joanne really did a great job understanding us and what we needed and then providing us with a great kitchen! The actual kitchen itself is constructed very well and it will last us a very long time! Thanks very much on a great kitchen! We will definitely recommend Aya kitchens!

Found this company through a colleague. Loved the Designer's technical interpretation and understanding of our kitchen design and vision. She was our strongest advocate with the contractor to fight for our design's integrity without compromise. The scheduling and follow up were committed to and completed to a tee. The installers workmanship was amazing and had great problem solving suggestions. The follow up inspector was amazing, efficient and accountable for resolutions. Know your pricing before you negotiate, we had some quote submission inconsistency. Be clear with any quality issues you encounter and make sure the inspector is in agreement before leaving the site. Give yourself extra time for the unexpected. our project took 6 months due to our contractors delays, Christmas closures and quality follow ups. Would work with this company again and absolutely love my kitchen. Getting lots of amazing complements.

I was recommended to this company by a family member and I am happy I chose AyA to complete my renovations. The first day my husband and I met Joanne Hamaway we both knew we were in good hands. Joanne made us feel very welcomed and thank God my taste and Joanne's was a like. Joanne was very friendly/non judgmental and our spirits connected immediately! This was the first time my husband and I ever had a project as big as a kitchen renovation and we actually stayed within our budget, thanks again to Joanne. Thank God for Joanne because she helped us pick the right design/material etc.. I would highly recommend this company again especially if I can only refer them to Joanne! My kitchen renovations should be completed by April 27, 2017 and I am very excited to see the end results! Thank you again AyA for providing my husband and I with excellent customer service

The good: looks good, works fine, reasonably priced The bad: Being new in town, we were hoping to get a kitchen to be able to invite new friends. I was promised a kitchen before school starts and was able to install counter top island 1 week before x-mas. Our social was dramatically affected by the length they took to organize the work and do it. Same as all the other customers who complained: took forever!!!! 9 months to get a kitchen done and still waiting for replacement doors. They have never inspected the finish work. They were impossible to reached and get information from: I had to call Mississauga at times. They still have not replaced my chipped doors that were delivered in august!!!! They made a lot of promises which I naively believed and did not write down in the contract. They kept changing employees. Nobody follows up. A NIGHTMARE!!!!!

Worst Company EVER to buy cabinets from. No matter what kind of impeccable care you take of the cabinets, the lacquer starts to peel after a couple years. The company does not take any action to address such defects and BLATANTLY ignores emails and calls for some kind of warranty. The warranty period for the finish is terrible and not up to standard with other kitchen and bath companies.

Heather from the Castlefield location was amazing! We had several design challenges that she was able to help us overcome, and worked with us diligently to align the vision of both myself and my spouse (not an easy task!). I've since recommended Aya to several other friends and colleagues, that have loved the work they do. Overall we were thrilled, but book early! They get busy in the summer construction season.

I have had a great experience working with Didar at Aya Kitchens through my Client and their Designer. In my opinion Didar was able to address the Client's concerns and work to accommodate revisions promptly and professionally. I would recommend both Aya Kitchens and Didar specifically to anyone looking for production cabinetry.

I did my research , had 4 quotes, went with Aya , my consultant Joanne , was amazing, her ideas and measurments were bang on. End result was a dramatic change. Had my condo renovated as well.
