I purchased a sofa there...it started wearing out in between the seat cushions...they would not come to take a look at itt o see what was wrong. I brought in a designer who recognized immediatetly that the cushions are too big for the sofa (they hang over the edge about 2") causing the wearing out of the fabric every time you sit on it! Barrymore would not take responsibility for it. I now have to get this couch re-uplostered and the cushions re-done. Very disappointing that they do NOT stand by their products.

Barrymore has some beautiful high quality furniture. The pieces are unique. I purchased a couch and coffee table. Their sales staff must work on commission, as I was helped by one woman the first time I went to the store and when I went back to purchase was helped by another gentleman who answered a question for me for about 5 mins. I was told that this gentleman had said he helped me for 2 hours and had to hear about the infighting over who had helped who. Very unpleasant and the store's commission issues are not my problem. The delivery service was fantastic, and that made up for the sales issues. Very professional and even put felt on the bottom of the two pieces. Incredible!

I bought a dining table, bench with two coffee tables almost 3 years ago, on shipping day there was scartches on the coffee tables and after calling the store, I was told to keep the coffee tables and we will palce an order for you and it takes two months to recieve it they sopposed to send me a new one. I am usually on business trip for almost 6 months, I called the store when i was in Canada, talked to the sales person and the manager, still nothing happend after 3 years this is not supposed to be a customer care, I am so upset from them and I do not suggest anybody to buy from Barrymore as they do not have any customer care after selling the products. I am now in Canada and want to start a complain regarding my purchase. if you have more info you can contact me to provide more detail.

Some times you get what you pay for, and with Barrymore that seems to be the case. Professional sales staff, installers/ delivery team that is mindfull and carefull. Overall would and have recommended, even more so when they have promotions.

purchased a dinner table from Barrymore Furniture. The owner was very friendly and her prices were good. I brought along my two little doggies and one of them dropped a deuce in her furniture store. She didn't even get mad! She said it's okay and not to worry. After we cleaned it up, I felt so bad that I ended up buying my dinner table from her. My table was delivered on the date promised and was put together by the delivery guys. I am satisfied with my purchase and the customer service from Barrymore Furniture. Thank you to Barrymore and sorry about the stain on your carpet

We are very satisfied with the purchase of our new crystal handcrafted Mirror & crystal based Table lamp,, Really stands out with what you pay (little expensive though) and people ask where did you get this from!!!!

Purchased Sofa, Mini-sofa, Hassack, and Chair plus extra fabric to have an existing chair I inherited reupholstered. The designer I worked with was wonderful. He spent several hours with me helping me figure out what I really wanted - scale of furniture, forgiving fabric (I have 5 kids), etc. He gave me great suggestions on items not even related to the purchases I made, like what shade to paint my ceiling to make the crown moulding stand out better. The follow-up service and delivery were fabulous. Best of all he totally stayed within the budget I initially gave him. And now that we have been using the furniture for several months, I have absolely no regrets. Even if I could go back in time, I would not do anything different.

Bought some things at Barrymore a few months ago and it turned out to be pure junk. Their service department (or lack thereof) is sad. I'm out $8,000 and forced to look elsewhere for a new sofa. I had to throw mine out. I'll never recommend this place again.

Had my couch for 24 years Still looks great. Thats great value!!!! I have recommmended it to all my family and friends and now they are all strong believers in the quality.

My wife and I were recently looking for that "perfect" entrance hall mirror at this furniture store. The sales persons were terrific and extemely helpful and knowlegable. Highly recommend this store.
