Im very grateful to Mike for taking time to discuss the moisture issue in our attic/roof. He offered expert advice and followed up with detailed feedback for potential solutions. His help was very much appreciated!

Highly recommend Better Contracting. We used them for our new roof and they did a fantastic job. The crew were super professional and used only the top materials. Weve had quite a few neighbours comment on it and ask us who we used. Wouldnt hesitate to use Mike and his crew!

Only roofing company that returned my calls. Quote was fair and clearly explained and accurate; all questions answered all my questions with photos to support options. Great communication with Russ. Adaptable when other unrelated issues arose.

Had a eavestrough replaced and a small hole in the roof repaired. Crew that came did a great job - it was quick, well done, mess cleaned up and they were super nice guys to deal with. My only complete is that it took a week longer than promised to do the repair and it was difficult to reach the owner once he committed to to do the work and didn't show. It was resolved eventually but not before a little stress in wondering if they were still going to do the work.

The entire team at better contracting were amazing. Mike and Murray were wonderful to work with. The roofers explained the entire process again on the day of install. Throughout the process, there was no debris around the house. They were very detailed oriented during the install. All in all it was a wonderful experience and the roof looks amazing. If you are looking to replace your roof, I highly recommend Mike and his team at Better Contracting.

We needed some advice regarding a job that was done by another company. (roofing) on our home. We had the pleasure of speaking to Mike who was not only extremly knowledgable but was also very kind and patient to answer all of our concerns and questions. Mike (owner) answered the phone and sent a crew by our house right away to check out a leak we noticed. The crew was professional and courteous and dealt with the issue promptly. I called on 17 May to report that about five shingles in a row let go and had slid down. They were installed in 2017 with the installation still under warranty. One of the crews arrived the same day and quickly fixed the problem. A shout out to Robert who was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. Excellent service! I recommend this company for any job you may have.

They were great about answering my questions, fair pricing and an honest assessment based on what I wanted to accomplish. Would definitely work with Better Contracting Services again!
